I ordered the 16โ€x12x0.5โ€. I got 15.5โ€x11.75โ€x0.5โ€. It will still work for my application and came nicely packaged and looks like a good product otherwise. Just make sure you are not looking for an exact fit because it falls short.

I built a toolbox for a set of Gearwrench tools. I needed something to hold the wrenches in place when the box was shut and carried on edge. This foam worked perfectly. It glued into the lid with contact cement. Once I closed the lid the foam formed around the tools. There were no rattles when it was carried and the tools stayed in place so they are always organized. It cut easily, formed as expected over the tools and is very durable. I ordered the 16x12 specifically because that is interior dimensions of the case I am using for my streaming equipment. Unfortunately this did not fit because the sizing is 1/2 inch short on both measurements.
