A very nice functioning carb, I only found a minor bend which straightened easily. The shippers packaging was adequate so I guess it happen some other way. After installing it only took about 15 min to fine tune , still may need a cold throttle adjustment but it's running a 302 from "74' smooth.

I just around to installing this carb last week. After putting it on and starting my truck i got it idling right and running smooth. Drove it to town and back no problems. Parked it for 2 days, then moved it to mow and it started and worked fine. Finish mowing(which took about 2 hours) go to move it back and it acts like its flooded, had Floor it to get it to start like anytime a carb floods itself. But then it will barely run and have to pedal the gas the whole time to keep it halfway running. All the while its sounding horrible and smoking. Guess i now have to either take this carb apart and try to fix whats wrong or buy a different one. I am pretty disappointed that i bought a brand new part and it lasted driving wise less than 20 miles. ... show more

So I bought one of these, it worked for maybe 3 months then started flooding. Figured maybe I got a defective one so I ordered another one. Straight out of the box the second one is even worse. Returning and buying a reputable reman product. Complete waste of time.
