Seen some bad reviews on this so was kinda cautious. Just figured they didn’t know what they were doing. So I ordered anyway. Wow very impressive!!! Took 30 mins to get it on extremely hot outside. I had to go get a few “hardware “ that I thought should have come with it. For the price of it I wasn’t complaining. I called my wife to come out and spray starter fluid if it didn’t start. As soon as she come out I pumped it 3 times and it fired right up! No spray needed. I adjusted the idea screw 2 turns to idle it up. Than I turned the electric choke 5 turns and she purrs like a kitty!!! I ran my electric choke to the smallest nut “it had 12 v coming off it” on back of alternator. After truck got warm it still run great and I shut it off a couple times and it started right up! ... show more

    • HORRIBLE part and not worth the pot metal it's made from
The media could not be loaded. The carburetor was ordered to replace an original beat up 2150. It lines up and everything hooks on fine, you'll have to swap over your old fuel inlet as one isn't included. I received a carburetor that apparently is unable to function properly. When installed on the truck, the throttle linkage is stuck slightly open (again, with nothing attached to it to hold it open). This makes the truck "idle" at about 2500-3000 rpm and makes it impossible to tune. Your best bet would be to look elsewhere, and not get this because it's garbage. Update several months later: While sitting on the engine, covered up and not exposed, the carburetor heavily corroded and is now even more worthless than it was before.
