This carb is a solid replacement if you’re working on an older Toyota with a 22R engine. Right out of the box, it feels like decent quality, no rough casting or cheap hardware like you sometimes get with aftermarket carbs. Bolted up to my ‘85 pickup without any weird fitment issues, lined up well with the intake manifold and linkage. Once tuned, it runs smooth and responsive, engine idles nice and steady and throttle response feels snappy. It’s definitely a good option if your old carb is worn out or causing running issues. Just make sure to fine-tune it after install, as it’s set a little rich out of the box. Overall, it’s been running strong so far, and for the price, it’s hard to beat compared to hunting down a rebuilt OEM one. Definitely recommend if you’re trying to keep one of these older Toyotas on the road. ... show more

I have no clue how they get this much quality for so cheap. it looks fantastic, fits perfectly and runs amazing after the swap. with new gaskets and everything included it was super easy to install. just pull the old one off and mount the new one. I cant speak to longevity yet but given the build quality i bet it last the life of the car ... show more
