When I tried to add a new one, it said make sure fingerprint sensor is dry and clean. The screen protector does not stick properly. If you do not push it down (every time) before attempting to dial or text then you've either dialed the wrong number or misspelled the words in your text. Constantly re-entering passwords because of missed letters and such. Unless they figure out the adhesive situation, I personally would not recommend this product. ... show more

I see why they give two, the first screen protector the fingerprint didn't work and the second one the fingerprint didn't work at all. There is no guide or squeegee and the wet wipes were dry making this impossible to install correctly.

Installed this as per the limited instructions and upon doing so the sensitivity of my touch screen decreased dramatically. I am now having to press buttons multiple times as its not registering and the fingerprint sensor doesn't work at all. Tried deleting fingerprints and readding them only to find the sensor isn't registering anything. Returning for a refund. ... show more

You are better paying extra $ getting a more fitted glass. This one was way cheaper and it has been a pain. The product does not stay down even though cleaned, dried. Also, me biometrics.....not always recognized. Never had problem with last screen protector I bought, which was 2x $. Another thing it does Not wrap around S23 ultra edge. Good thing my case protects this. Save your money if you can get another one that uses light to adhere on do that. Waste of $ and annoying ... show more

One screen protector broke when I was trying to place it. it was easy to install the second one, however, there's an ugly circle where the finger id scan is and ugly lines on either sides of the screen. I also didn't think the finger scanner worked anymore but thankfully there's a sensitivity option to help with screen protectors... So that issue is resolved. But if it'll protect my screen, I can get over the aesthetics. ... show more
