I am very pleased with my Crosight Trike. Crosight customer service was very helpful when I needed help with assembling my trike. Response to my question was quick and helpful. A YouTube assembly video was very helpful. The trike is nice looking and very sturdy. It was an overall good experience.

Lowest seat height is too high. Axle locked up preventing ability to paddle. Returning the item is time consuming and difficult without the box. Still working on it. Otherwise it’s a beautiful product. Love the color.

I have ridden a tricycle for the last 6 years. My first trike was very unstable and wobbly and I fell off of it several times. Thus, I was somewhat uneasy riding it for any length of time. Also, I could only go 12-13 miles on a charge so my husband had to tow me several times. I needed a change! I had an opportunity to purchase a CroSight Electric Tricycle recently. At first it felt a little intimidating, especially when the pedal assist or the throttle is initially used as it has a quick start. (We nicknamed it Zippy) But after a few miles under my belt I felt completely at ease. No more worrying about losing power or cutting short my ride as it goes up to 50 miles on a charge. (Not that I would ever ride that far) This trike looks sharp and is built like a tank with a very smooth ride and great stability. The back basket is roomy enough for my Yorkie to ride along comfortably. Very easy to switch modes and speeds and the LED display is very easy to read. My only “complaint” is that the manual is not easily understood when it came to changing things from the display like km to miles, or completely turning off the throttle, etc. I had to contact customer service for help but they were very quick to respond. That said, I am extremely pleased with this tricycle. As a 72 year old woman with balance issues I feel very safe riding it. ... show more

Don't buy if you don't like puzzles. The videos are what you watch-not the instructions. We were novices so took 7hrs to assemble BUT totally worth it! Got it to 33MPH. People asking everywhere I go in Florida. Great for the bike lanes, beach and campgrounds. I wont be falling off it which is why I went for a trike. The wide tires are what we needed. Other models had thin. The rear basket comes with a cover/liner that I keep my helmet, lock and bike cover (which is very good quality. I even use the phone holder that comes with it. It's not hard to put together. Just time consuming and most of it was when doing the gears/shifting. Solid bike and I love it! ... show more
