Do this if you need a new camera glass. It's as good as new!
I broke the camera on my phone by falling on my bum while hiking and hitting a rock. I had the phone in the back pocket of my jeans. Oops! It cracked the glass and exposed the camera. I wasn't about to turn in my phone for a $200 deductible and have to go through the nightmare of switching all my information over to a new phone. (I have done this before and it's a pain and info is always lost). So, I get on Amazon and start reading reviews on what I can do to this fix the phone myself because I am cheap and always try to repair before I replace. This wasn't rocket science. The tools it came with worked well. Read other's reviews. They had good tips. It worked well. Just be sure to get your camera lense completely cleaned and all of the glass removed before you put the new one in. I can't tell the difference between how it worked before I broke it, or after replacing it. Awesome option for the DIY type. Super easy & great product
Very easy to remove the broken lens. Cleaned the camera well. Took a few shots without it on. Then cleaned it & the lens fit right in. The photo makes you think you are getting 2 but the description does say one

It only comes with one lens.
It worked fine and installation was fairly stress-free. Three stars because it's depicted as coming with two lenses. I would assume that if it actually did come with the second lens it would be in case you screwed up the install or for a back up. Not sure why it's shown wiytwo if you only get one.

Bought this to replace my camera glass (obviously) install went smoothly and 1:1 fit, but, the camera won't focused outside of a meter and won't focus up close. I installed with gloves so I didn't smudge the inside, cleaned out old glass and camera lens and still nothing. It's a shame because this was the only one I could have by the next day and now I'll have to do this all over again with a different glass I guess. ... show more
