If I was just going to review the chairs, I would have given this five stars. They're sturdy enough that I can sit on them, and I know they'll last a long time. The table, however, was a bit strange, to put it nicely. The top is made from the same hard, durable plastic that the chairs are made of, but my issue was with the legs. The legs are adjustable, but the holes don't match up with each other, so I had to measure the length of each leg as I tightened to ensure that they were the same height. Even after that, it's still a little wobbly. That seems like a silly design flaw, especially since the set was a little expensive. But overall, I'm pretty happy with it, and it serves its purpose, so four stars. ... show more

We have tile floor and the other plastic table and chairs I was able to find at toys r us just slid around and fell over when my son tried to sit in them...but it hasn't been an issue with these. I love that the table adjusts on height and the chairs are crazy strong (my hubby is 250lbs and he can sit in them). My complaint is that the top of the table isn't smooth so if you are looking at using it as a writing table you would want to put something under it for the writing to be smooth and it nicks easily (see picture- the white lines/marks are all nicks in the table) I would think for the price of the table it would be more durable. (my son just turned two and has been using it for about once or twice a week for 6 months to play with plastic little people and coloring, so it's not like he has been aggressive with it.) ... show more

This is the best table/chair combo we've purchased, it is very steady and my 18 month old can easily climb on the chair and even stand on it without the thing flipping over in one second like many other cheaply made ones, of course once she stands it can flip but she sits right back very proud of herself, it is not much more expensive than others and the quality is so much better, we've had it for about 4 months now and the table shows no sign of wear even after the constant scratching that it gets exposed to.
