    • Not great.
End that goes in the mouth is tapered and doesn’t work as well as the original PETE brand. Also the little gaskets slipped off immediately. At least it was cheap but that’s still money I should have put toward the original.

    • Deceivingly simple yet effective
One of the challenges of playing the trumpet is building your embouchure while not annoying everyone else in the house with the noise. I use this device for a few minutes each morning. It gives my lips noiseless exercise. You can feel it working and should take a few hours off between use and playing your instrument. I quickly found that I could reach high notes more easily after a few days of regular use. My only complaint is that there are useless rubber gaskets around the middle of the device. They don’t enhance the grip and constantly roll out of their channels. I’ve lost one already and will probably take the other off as I see no benefit to keeping it on. ... show more
