It seems simple and decent quality, unfortunately I had to return it because of the configuration of my gate. There’s an overlapping piece of wood on the top and the latch swings upward and the two would hit. Otherwise it seems very simple to install and use the quality seems to be decent. Kind of bummed I have to send it back.
