If you are new at making stretch bracelets, BEWARE of sellers on here that sell thin nylon beading cord that looks like dental floss. It is actually the cheapest most breakable stuff you can buy. I PROMISE you that it WILL break and you WILL lose beads. There is another popular name brand that sells this high quality but much more expensive. Buy this one. It is equally as strong as the brand name but very reasonably priced. Make sure to double-knot your ends... I find it helps to put a tiny bit of glue on the knot. So glad I found this Fandamei elastic bracelet string. This .08 is the best elastic string I have used for stringing bracelets to date. It's strong and secure and stretches the right amount. I use a surgeons knot and end with an overhand knot. The knots stayed put on all three bracelets that I strung with it. You can add a dab of e6000 to the knot and tuck it through a bead hole if more security is needed. I didn't need to do that with this elastic string. This cord is very strong and not easy to stretch. You have to knot this cord three times tightly to make sure the knot is secure and won't unravel and put your glue. There is probably another way to secure this but I have not had problems with other cords of this size. Will order the .8
