A good price for what you get. The colors are nice and vibrant! However, I can see a lot of issues with this kit potentially. - The beads vary widely in size and shape. If you need something consistent, I would recommend looking elsewhere. - The paint on the gold beads and the letter beads comes off with minimal wearing. - The thread is slightly too thick for intricate bead work, and is easy to snap. - The grips come off the scissors very easily. Overall, though, it's a fun set and I've gotten a lot of use out of it. Would still recommend despite the above points! ... show more

The Christmas set is not as large as some of their other sets, and mainly for bracelet making but my necked really enjoyed it. The larger set has many more pieces, and my daughter loved making the earrings. Great value over all.

The beads are cute and it comes with a variety of colors. It also comes with some charms and letters. Some of the other reviews mention, the letters are a random assortment of letters. It does not contain every letter in the alphabet. Mine were actually mostly letters that are not used as often like Q,Y,W, etc. it comes with two different strings as well. My main complaint is the needle thing it comes with. You're supposed to be able to lace the string through it and then you could put the beads on the needle and slide them onto the string easily. It shows someone doing just that in one of the product videos. The holes on both needles are not big enough for either of the strings. One of my needles broke when I was trying to get the string through it. There is this weird orange green thing it comes with that I have a feeling is supposed to be used for stringing beads but I cannot figure out what it is. There's no instructions or anything. So because of these things it is pretty dang hard to string the beads you have to do it by hand which is difficult and very time consuming. The set is overall pretty cute but you have to get your own needle or whatever to string the bead. ... show more
