Had an issue with my blanket and he replaced the defective one after a brief phone conversation to the point I felt bad as the customer because it’s expensive . I mean usually you’ll have to go through hell and back to get things like this replaced so maybe I was just shocked , Abby doubt it would be replaced. This is my second sauna purchase through this seller, the first being the Sauna Dome which I ABSOLUTELY LOVE. You might wonder why I would buy a sauna blanket if I already had a sauna dome... let me tell you: I am an active, late 40's woman whose body was starting to have a hard time keeping up with my ambitions. I was not sleeping well, feeling tired all the time, my muscles and joints started aching regularly, and I found myself feeling all around "blah". That is when I discovered the benefits of sauna. It's now become part of my daily routine and has changed my life. My body feels amazing. My skin feels amazing. I have more energy, I feel healthy and alive, and I'm sleeping so much better than I had in years. As much as I love my sauna dome, I wanted to be able to have something even more portable so I could sauna anywhere. The blanket was the perfect solution. It's compact enough that I can take it with me when I travel. And unlike the dome that I have set up on the ground, I have discovered the blanket is really nice to use on my bed or even on my living room recliner while watching a movie. When I want a real good sweat I use my dome, but when I am just looking for some deep comfy relaxation I will use my blanket, set it on a lower temperature than I do my dome, and stay in it for a good long time while it does it's sweet sweet magic on my body. Of course if I wanted a real good detox and sweat buckets, I do have the option to turn up the heat on the blanket and get similar results as I do in my dome. The sauna blanket is very well made... thick, sturdy, and seems to be of very good quality. Being wrapped up in it gives me the same secure feeling of snuggling under a weighted blanket. It really does feel like a warm hug... but a next level hug... a sauna hug! ... show more

This is the first review I’ve taken the time to write, which says a lot about how happy I am with this product!! I am a wood worker and adventure guide who requires a lot of my body and back on a regular basis. I have a history of lower back issues, to the point of hospitalization, and on occasion, unfortunately, I have to use a walker to get around my house. I tend to have difficulty relaxing at the end of my days, frequently I hobble into bed at night. I desperately needed something to help my muscles relax deeply and safely. Just a little about why I love this sauna blanket... I started using it over a week ago and found muscle recovery time has decreased considerably, to the point that I haven’t had any issue sleeping comfortably at night and waking the next day ready to work, without issue. I love the design!! It has ample, soothing, radiant heat wrapping my entire body in blissful tranquility, I especially enjoy the stones concentrating on my back as I lay comfortably in my home. I appreciate the range of adjustable, individualized, temperatures so I can relax for as long as needed. In a typical sauna (room) I find that I cannot stay for too long due to my head getting over heated, often leading to head aches, not to mention not fully being able to relax if it’s a shared space such as those at the gym (when it was open and available) with this model my head rests comfortably out of the blanket with the provided pillow, while the rest of my body sweats out my day and warms me from working outside in the PNW. I find myself looking forward to this part of my nightly ritual, a huge treat for a body I ask a lot of. On another note, I am very impressed with the quality of materials, design and ease of use... I cannot say enough good things about it, it truly is my favorite treat for myself. ... show more

I had another question they actually answered the phone it’s rare this day to have one on one support. I actually bought another more expensive blanket in May I sent it back .... after ordering I read reviews and decided not to keep it. I should have read the reviews first (I know) . Great quality, nice purple color, heats in 5 minutes!!!!! so quick! It is difficult for me to sweat so it had been great, I enter there, put some headphones with wholetones and relax, 30 minutes later I sweat enough, I used it almost every day for a month and it looks like is going to last well. I hope so! for now I am completely satisfied. It comes with a transparent plastic layer to put over the stones. ... show more

Once received it says to use some plastic insert. Why did it not come with this supposedly necessary pc? Very heavy and not real easy to use. It heats up slow but when it's hot, boy is it hot.
