I'm torn between 3 or 4 stars only because there's no assembly instructions. There's a book that tells you how to use it but not how to put it together. Although not extremely difficult some direction would be helpful especially if you're not used to assembling things. The ladder itself is heavy duty and feels sturdy. It extends quite a bit. The hooks don't feel really sturdy so I do wonder how well they'll hold up. They are removable if you don't want to use them. It also comes with wheels that we didn't install because we won't be rolling it anywhere. The gloves are cheap not worth much but would be better than nothing. ... show more

This is a very flexible and strong ladder. Not light weight at about 40 pounds thought. Construction is solid, and easy to extend and retract. Easy to carry when pushed down to smallest form. I have no doubt about the 330 pounds capability. Price is good for a ladder these days, and there is a coupon now so even better. Great buy for a great product. ... show more
