But then, like a beacon of hope, I found this frame on Amazon. They claimed it could hold up to 3500 pounds, and while I can't vouch for that, it supports my 311 pounds like it's nothing. Putting it together was a breeze. The only hiccup was the L-Wrench, which was a bit tricky to handle. That is only true because they didn't tighten the screws well enough. So here is the tip: Tighten both crews on each post. Then once one is tightened and won't move go back to the other screw on the post and tighten it more. Then go back to the original screw and tighten it. Continue to go back and forth until the screws will no longer screw. Lol. I had to say that, but make sure both screws are tight and secure before you stop tightening. Happy Non-Creaking Bed!

Went together easily- 1 person assembly but a bit simpler with 2 people. Tons of storage space because of the 18 inch clearance but just know that if your mattress is extra thick then (unless you're quite tall) you may need a step to climb into bed. I'm 5'6" and use a long step aerobics-type platform since it's extremely stable. It's not cute like the little wooden ones but it's not going to send anyone flying, either.

Super heavy duty frame. Goes together quickly. The only thing it does have are connections for a headboard so I just used zip-ties and it works great. I only use it for guests so the best part is it actually fits in my closet. I have friend that weighs about 250 and I didn't want something flimsy.... this did the trick.

This is indeed a strong bedframe, it is very stable so far and it can definitely hold a lot of weight. Reason I’m giving it four stars and not 5 is because one of the bars that it came with was way too short and it did not reach the other end. Like at all. Plus, some of my screws were already stripped before I even opened the screw pack, so there’s that. Luckily there was an extra screw so we just used that but still, it was a hassle. It is a good frame, but I wouldn’t spend more than 70$ on it if I had known. Other than that, assembly was extremely easy, it is tall with lots of space, I like it. The clips for the mattress don’t exactly fit in the middle, and they pop off really easy so I’m not too sure what the point of them is, but besides the one bar that doesnt fit, it’s pretty ok. I recommend looking at other options first but this is still a good frame

The ratchet supplied surprisingly effective go slow and smooth make sure in square stripped out head one bolt. Great storage process looking for right unit for underneath.
