This log set functions well and the customer service was great. I received them in good condition although the box had split. My son and I put the set together and connected it to the existing gas line. I had purchased a small gas detector and noticed a small leak at the brass connector. We removed an adapter and fixed the leak. Upon startup we could not get the ember burner to light. I emailed them and they sent me a complete new set! They were very helpful.
