The light is beautiful but we got ours defective. After install 2 of the lights don’t work. The electrician said it was not repairable. The seller sent us a replacement. We paid the electrician to install the new one. Same issue, two lights damaged. So we will have to pay to have it taken down again and take parts from both lights to make one functioning light. Each install at 400$ since it’s so high and difficult…. So 1200$ to install this thing and we can’t get a refund…. ... show more

Great product at a great value. Looks amazing in my grand hall with a modern and elegant look. Everyone loves it. Installation was fine but need to hire a good crew. The bulbs are LED and cannot be replaced however they did all work.

The rain drops are heavy and very beautifully made. It is very very large and is not easy to install for one person. This is for a large area with very tall ceilings. Once i had this lights box opened, I could tell i was going to love it. It is perfect. It seems to be built really well. I cant hardly wait to have it installed. I have an electrician coming next week! So excited to see how this turns out. As far as actually connecting the power to it, I could do that. But I am NOT climbing on a ladder that high to do it, so I will pay the electrician to do that part. I will try to remember to add pics and update my review after it is installed. ... show more
