After owning an Embroidery and Design studio for almost 6 years we have tried many machines in reference to heat applications, This by far is a World Class machine that is Beautiful, Works like a Workhouse, and at the same time gives you the highest quality you could look for. The Value is Great, If I had one con it wouldn’t be with the machine whatsoever but it was a bit of a mixup with getting the machine delivered I paid for express ship but didn’t receive for almost two months after the fact as it turned out eventually landing in a New Jersey trucking company which I had to in return setup a delievery time after thinking my package was lost for almost a month and at the time was hard to figure out where it was (Daniel’s number should be listed somewhere on this page) . Things happen but if this somehow happens to you make sure you reach out to the company possibly first before purchase because you will not regret it , the ease of this machine is incredible and the components are very easy to learn through Daniel a manager who will contact you and explain everything he is your go to man in any questions in regards to this machine and has a Facebook Group incase your having difficulty finding him which I did at first. Service calls are included is with the machine I didn’t know this until Daniel reached out to me which is amazing since your know these machines tend to get costly to maintain.These guys are ahead of the game and if your doing bulk orders this is the best Machine on the market and it amazes me how there’s not many reviews as I took a chance when buying this product, make sure you have a compressor to plug the machine into a high voltage industrial plug since it draws a lot of electricity. Soon enough everyone will have this machine and you will not regret it, as I tend to add another one to our auto press collection. 5 ⭐️ - I have to also say if there was a Daniel working for every company this world be a better place and reinsures me that Customer service has not died and is a key component to every successful company.(Special thanks to him)

UPDATE: I’ve had this press for just over a year now, and it’s still going strong! I’ve done over 40,000 presses and looking to buy another double platen! This machine is fantastic - it has saved me from so much back and shoulder pain! It has more than doubled the productivity of my small business, and is so much easier to use than my old clamshell press. The heat and pressure are consistent, and it operates smoothly and quietly. It certainly rivals the big-name double platen machines, but at a fraction of the cost. Best bonus? Their customer service is unmatched! I was contacted shortly after my purchase by Daniel to make sure that I was able to get set up and operational. He even sent me great tips via videos on proper maintenance and such. Daniel then followed up with me after another 2 months, just to make sure that I am still satisfied with my heat press! I highly recommend this press, as well as the company overall. You will be satisfied with your purchase!

I have invested 3 times in a dual air press that was over $8000. This press by FAR surpasses that one. It also allows me to press much faster as I am the one moving the platen from side to side- not waiting for the air compressor to do the work. This machine is a beast and is WELL worth the investment.
