It is made with 8x7 cross woven polyethylene fibers and is laminated on both sides for maximum weatherproofing and tear resistance. High strength rust- resistant grommets on each corner and approximately every 3 feet around the perimeter, along with a rope reinforced hem, add to this tarps long-lasting durability. This is a great multi-purpose tarp that can be used around the house and/or work place.

Used for covering construction areas in my yard from rain. For my purpose the price was almost right though everyone would accept cheaper for sure. Durability is question as it comes in contact with stones underneath especially in repeated use. The water didn't seep through in 2 uses when rain that made puddles of over 20 galons on top. The material is pretty thin (as compared to those sold in Costco 12 x 15), but the size of 16 x 20 really was useful to cover my construction area of 16 x 40. The only unexpected problem was the size variation. The size may be off by about 4 inches. It is not an issue unless you want to align 2 sheets through the metal ring holes together with proper tension but that was exactly that I was trying do. ... show more

I purchased this to go underneath the inflatable waterslide I purchased. It was a perfect size and it withstood the kids running on it without tearing and is waterproof. I bought this tarp to put under my inflatables and after only 2 uses it has ripped, has holes & is just so fragile. I have different tarps and this is by far the thinnest, cheapest quality. I def wasted my money.

This tarp is your basic 20 x 30 tarp. It is blue in color. When they identity the tarp as “economy”, it is an accurate description. The tarp is much thinner than a more expensive tarp. Since it is as large as it is, the wind picks it up easily. And due to the thin material of which it is made, several of the grommets tore out after just the first use. This tarp should be ordered for “light duty” situations only. It definitely would not hold up over longer periods of use, in windy environments, or where a heavier duty tarp would be needed.
