This 90 foot coil of blank distribution tubing has been a great addition to my arsenal of supplies for my front and back yard gardening projects. I've been wanting to try my hand at a DIY drip irrigation project for the plants in my front lawn, making the watering process as easy as humanly possible without hiring professionals. This 1/4 inch blank distribution tubing has been perfect for me (a beginner) as I lay out my irrigation grid and link it all up to my hose spigot. This tubing is easy to handle and cut to size to fit into the various nozzle pieces. 90 feet is a great length for this type of tubing if you need to run a line a great distance and don't want to risk breaking it up with a connector that could cause leakage. I've had no issues with this tubing so far. I get tight seals and no kinks, and it's black in color so it disappears underneath my weed barrier fabric, which is also black. It's a standard size at 1/4" so it'll fit all of the usual 1/4" pieces that you'll find in the sprinkler/irrigation aisle at your local hardware store. Usually this size is used as little offshoots from a 1/2" tube but you can use these by themselves if you have the right adapters.

Bottom line - would recommend. I have been using drip irrigation systems in my garden for at least a decade now. I've finally gotten to the point where I've used up my initial inventory and needed to order more. This tubing seems to be excellent quality and is very easy to work with. The material is flexible and is easy to install drip emitters. My last tubing was very stiff and a pain to work with. If I didn't heat my old one with a lighter/heat gun, there was no way to install anything into it. With this tubing I havent needed to do that at all...emitters went right on...talk about a time saver when needing to connect 20-30 different pieces of tubing, requiring heating both ends in order to install the barb connectors on one end and emitters on the other.

This is a great tubing. that fits perfectly into my existing Orbit drip irrigation system. It is too stiff to just slide over a barbed fitting, but once I heat the end of the tubing in hot water, it slid easily, (but not too easily), onto a 1/4" barbed fittings. It cuts easily and is solid and flexible tubing. I highly recommend this tubing

Seems nice. Similar in weight and feel to all the other lines ive used. Time will tell if it handles the sun as long as other.brands, but so far so good.

Given the description didn't actually provide the dimensions of the tubing I gave it a gamble. I am using it for simple gravity water feeding setups for rodents so it will work though its not exactly 3/16th and a bit smaller than the nibs I am using; though with a little force they do stretch across the barbed style fittings. Material looks to be of a general soft type of pvc or other plastic. I will have to update this review with long term use to speak on how well it holds up to the test of time.

This is 100 feet of 1/4 micro drip irrigation head supply line. I'm not sure what kind of water flow is possible with this tiny supply tube. But with drip irrigation it is all about slow release and not just flooding the soil with water. This slow release helps prevent water waste by limiting the amount of water that just runs off the soil Some soils when dry have the tendency to repel water. With drip irrigation you don't have that problem as much since the water has more time to seep into the soil. This tube fits over the tiny drip irrigation emitter connector just right and tight to prevent water leaks.

I find this to be pretty standard 1/4-inch drip irrigation tubing. It is on the softer side which makes it easier to work with. In comparison to other tubing I have, it is indistinguishable. So, if you like the softer tubing, I think you will be well satisfied with this. After all, it is just tubing, and it will work as well as any other.

I have a drip irrigation system for my vegetable garden and after several seasons of setting it up and taking it down in the fall, the rigid tubing is beginning to break down in places. This tubing is actually better than what originally came with my irrigation system. This is more flexible and easier to attach to the various fittings, and it's every bit as thick so I have no doubt that it will last a good long time. The next time I need additional tubing, I will be purchasing more of this.
