Why The Water Still Drain Into Water Tank Even After I Connected Drain Hose?And Why it Doesn't Come Wtih Longer Hose? The hose drainage uses gravity to drain water. Therefore, the dehumidifier needs to be placed on a level surface while the drain hose is kept at a certain inclination and free from tangles.and if with too long hose the water will flow back. Why the title dehumidification noted 21 pint/day but it can't reach this dehumidification? The 21 pint is the dehumidification under 90℉ and 95% RH, so the dehumidification capacity is positively correlated with the room temperature and humidity,and is not equal to the water tank volume. Why My Dehumidifier Is Working But No Water Drain Out ? Check if the ambient humidity is too low. If not, let the dehumidifier work for one hour and then check if there is water flowing out. If not, please let support know via the user manual. Why Does My Dehumidifier Work Intermittently? The defrosting temperature range is 5℃-20℃.
