I cannot say enough good things about this set. The colors are absolutely beautiful, rich, vibrant, varied, and just delightful. The pens are super juicy and flow very well. They are comfortable to hold, have quality precision tips, and require no tedious pressure or strength engagement in order to bring the ink to its full potential in your works. The case is just amazing! It's well made, secure, flexible, and very problem-solving to use. The pens are organized nicely, appealing to my OCD and providing quick access to just the right color. Overall, I feel it's simply a superb value for the price! We have two sets so far, and everyone from the 7 year old to the 89 year old delights in using them. We haven't had to use the refills yet, but I'm ecstatic to have them. Please don't change a single thing, because these will certainly be many of my Christmas gifts!

I absolutely love this set of gel pens. I am a colorist, but I use colored pencils for about 99% of my coloring. I sometimes use gel poo ens as accents, so I don't need several hundred different colors. This set of pens, in my opinion is the "sweet spot." The case for these pens is perfect (I couldn't have found a better one). Its small enough that it travels well (I just took it on vacation with me). The pens themselves are wonderful. I haven't found a single one that skips or doesn't write well. They are very smooth and blendable. I couldn't be happier with them. The selection of colors in this kit is perfect. I honestly don't think that I need any more than these. When these wear out, it will probably be a long time, especially since there is a set of refills for each pen, I definitely will be buying this set of oens again. I hope that this review will help you to decide if these pens are for you. If you need or want pens for bullet journaling or to highlight areas when you color, I don't think that you will find a better set of pens. In other words, if you don't need a hundred or more colors, check this set out. Have a blessed day and color on!

Exactly what I wanted/needed! This is a great product at an even better value. As a bonus for me, I didn't even realize that it came with a full set of refills (each labeled and sealed/capped to preserve ink) in its own little zipper pocket inside the case. I could have easily paid the same for the case alone, without the pens or refills included. The pens are not dry at all, they all are full of gel ink, and exhibit beautiful lay-down of color the first and every time I put them to paper. I am very pleased with this purchase, and will be purchasing a few more as holiday gifts, for sure. I highly recommend to anyone who loves to, (or wants to,) color, draw, doodle, or for anyone who loves someone who does. This is perfect for adults and children (I'd say probably ages 7+) alike.

I bought one for both myself and my grandmother. I love them so much! They aren’t scratchy where only a tiny bit of ink comes out with each pass, they actually color. They don’t dry quickly so just be mindful of that, but it came with refills and I have yet to need them. (Bought them 07/2019 and it is 04/2020) I use them all of the time for coloring and filling out stationary. I highly recommend these. Oh they are also TSA friendly! I took them on vacation with me and didn’t have an issue taking them as carry on either. Kept me occupied on my long flight. I recommend them to anyone looking for some awesome gel pens! Update on 07/17/2022: Still amazing set of pens. I have had them for a few years now and they are still going strong. I still have so many refills left as well. You will NOT regret them!! My last update, I swear : 02/09/2024 I have had this kit since 2019 and I JUST now had to order refills. Amazing pens. Forever bamboozled by how fantastic they are.

I ordered these pens to use in my coloring books and other art projects. They come in a nice zippered pencil case made just for them and a pouch of refills. The pens are great with 48 brilliant colors and good content of glitter in the ink. All but one of the pens flows smooth. Number DG 18 (mustard) keeps having fits and stops flowing. Which is a bother because it's the only yellow glitter pen I received in my kit. Number DG 05 I assume is a yellow or gold according to the refill, but I didn't get the pen. Instead there were two DG 23 (Persimmon). So because of the missing DG05 and the sputtering DG18, I'm knocking the pens down from a 5 to a 4.

Nice variety of colors. Easy to use. I like that this set includes some refills. Nice case. I purchased this set for myself after purchasing an identical one for my 9 yr old niece. She was very enthusiastic about receiving hers. We immediately tried hers out. It’s nice for use in coloring small to medium details in coloring books. We both love the glitter & shine of many of these gel pens. Kid tested (it’s survived both the 9 yr old & her 4 yr old sister) & aunt approved. Some of the pens can be very inky so try not to drag your hand across those areas until they dry, if you’re using them to color instead of just for writing.

I am pleasantly surprised of how well the colors blend. Normally, pens will show color streaks when I use them in a coloring book. I have used every color and I have not seen any streaks. The variety of shades and colors is amazing. Sometimes I have trouble with the glitter pens. I think the glitter gets clumped to prevent a good flow of ink, so I give the pen a shake and that helps to move more of the ink down. Overall, very pleased with the quality of these pens. The case makes it easy to store them. Even if you aren't going to use these pens for coloring, I still recommend them to use for writing (but maybe not the neon or white colors).
