This 16" Small Freestanding Electric Fireplace Heater is beautiful and very well built. The unit itself is heavy-duty and feels solid, not cheap or flimsy at all. Aesthetically, it’s easily a 5-star product — the realistic flame effect looks great and adds a cozy, high-end touch to the room. That said, there are some significant downsides that brought my rating down. The biggest issue is that the heat output cannot be adjusted, which limits its practicality as a heater. You’re essentially stuck with one heat setting, which may not work for all spaces or preferences. Another major disappointment was the condition it arrived in. My unit clearly appeared used and had visible damage — the front frame was bent, and it looks like someone may have tried to pry the glass off before. This was unacceptable for a product sold as new and really affected my overall experience. In summary: ✔️ Excellent appearance ✔️ Solid, heavy-duty construction ❌ No adjustable heat settings ❌ Arrived damaged and appeared used If aesthetics are your top priority, you may love it. But between the lack of heat control and the condition it arrived in, I can only give this product 2 stars overall. ... show more

i have used this fireplace 3 times. went to turn it on and it goes on and off. tried the recommendations and yet no use. and of course i missed sending it back by 1 day!!! what the heck? i don't know what to do now.
