My purple 16-inch laptop showed up a month ago. It caught my eye right away because it was a pretty purple color. This computer is very bright, while most are dark or made of metal. You can change your computer's colorful lights to fit your mood or the office's color scheme. Take another look at this. That IPS 2.5K QHD screen looks great. With only a few thin lines around it, it looks even bigger. The map and picture are both very sharp and clear. The part that stops blue light is also great for when you need to work for a long time. When I work, I really like the 16:10 plan. I can use 16GB of RAM and an Intel N95 chip to browse the web, make video calls, change some settings on my photos, and even play some easy games. Everything works well and quickly with this mix, so I can do more than one thing at once without any lag. In general, it's a smooth experience that makes work and play more fun. I never have to worry about running out of room because I have 512GB SSD. It also starts up quickly. It's simple for me to log in since it has a fingerprint reader, Type-C, HDMI, and USB 3.0 ports. I also need a lot of different ports. You can use it all day at school or work because it has enough power. There are many great things about it that make it worth the price. This tech item really stands out from the rest because of its features. I like that the computer works quickly and easily whether I'm editing movies or just surfing the web. It's great for both work and play. It's not too big and is strong enough to bring to school or work. I don't have any problem putting it in my bag because it's small and light. I think this gadget is just the right amount of helpful and easy to use. It meets many of my needs during the day. It's something I use a lot because it looks good and has a long battery life. It's a true friend that works with my busy schedule, whether I'm out and about or just hanging out at home on a cold night.

Had to return this laptop. When I turned it on, it didnt even ask me to set it up. I couldnt update the Windows because the access key was already used. It seemed used already not brand new.

We “Santa” bought this purple laptop for our daughter for Christmas and she loves purple, she loves the lights on the keypad. Only problem was trying to log in at first use. We didn’t have a “password” and didn’t know what to put in the line when we were trying to put in our own password. Then tried leaving it blank and just setting up our password and it worked but when we needed the help the company got back to us pretty quick ready to assist but we had already figured it out. They were very responsive and willing to help with any issues we may have. Thank you for your help. We purchased this computer o Amazon. Price was right for what we needed

The performance is amazing. It doesn’t lag or run slow. It came in perfect condition! No scratches, chips, cracks, or broken pieces The color is BEAUTIFUL 😍 The lighting on the keyboard did take me a min to figure out but it works great as well. The sound quality is not the greatest. It works but it doesn’t sound very good, and the volume doesn’t go very loud either. It sounds like a tv turned on two rooms away. So i recommend trying some speakers? Other than sound the laptop is perfect!!

This computer is OK. I have had this computer for about a week. It is pretty, but it has a few things I am not fond of. First- The speakers are not great. Wish they were on top of computer instead underneath it. Second-I like the different colored lights, but the keyboard keys are hard to see with it being purple. Third and my biggest complaint- Please Please someone tell how to stop this computer from scrolling on it's own. I'll be reading a post on twitter and all of a sudden scrolling starts. Drives me nuts. Yes, I looked up the possible causes and tried to fix it, but it is still happening. I may have to take it to the geek squad to see if they can fix it. If I can fix that issue-I will be a happy computer girl-UPDATE-I have had this computer for 2 months now and I can say without a doubt it sucks. It scrolls, jumps on it own, the battery takes forever to charge and it doesn't last long when charged. It locks you out of some websites, it gets VERY VERY hot in the back where you plug in the battery. Wish I could send it back but the expiration date passed. Very disappointed in this laptop. will update if anything more happens. Update update. The battery drains wicked fast and I need to by a new adaptor bc they put the power plug on the left side of computer and it bent the cord when my outlet is on the right. Have to keep moving the cord to see if it is plugged in and charging. ANOTHER UPDATE I've had this laptop since Jan 2025. It is now June 2 2025 and the battery inside the computer is broken. When you plug the adapter inside to charge your battery it won't charge. It is not the cord, it is the battery. I have to buy another laptop bc this is worthless after 6 months of headaches.

Do not buy, cheap quality and the charger port is joke. The original charger that is comes with had a lackluster power output so I bought a different one and and adapter piece so it could fit the laughably undersized port. It's been 7 months and the ports already loose and I can't get the thing to charge. Didn't get insurance so I'm out $400 at this point, terrible quality.
