I have found no matter what the shoe style , there is always a little something that you need to add for support or comfort. I keep these , easy to use . The adhesive is just that.., they stay put. Whatever the issue, heal, toe, slippage, or just extra comfort. Worth the purchase, they are a staple.

Very very disappointed in this, I wasted my money. Less than half an hour the inside part slipped and when that happened my toes slid to the front caused my toes to pained and then it got numb, especially big toe. I felt like my toe would've broken, to top it off the glue sticked under my feet in the shoes causing my feet to stick at the front that caused my feet to stick at an uncomfortable position until my toes became numb. Would not recommend this at all.
