I can’t speak for all types of soles but I can personally recommend this for your Freebird boots. I have a few pairs that are brand new and was worried it would strip the painted Goodyear welt. It was just as easy to remove as it was to apply it. I believe it mentioned enough product for up to 8 pairs and I would have to agree. I used a little more than normal because I wanted the protection in the arch. I was able to cover 7 pairs. Also, it’s heavy duty which is an obvious perk. Only time will tell when it comes to longevity but so far I would absolutely recommend this product.

The material is thick and has a skid protection like surface. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because you do have to cut it to fit and that part was tense (I knicked the leather on my boot). I would definitely recommend though.

The media could not be loaded. I like the idea of this shoe protector, however this adhesive does not stick! I followed all instructions and firmly pressed down on the shoes but the adhesive wouldn’t stay on for very long.

These protectors did exactly what they are supposed to and they really helped protect the soles of my favorite shoes. The adhesive is so strong that you can cut it along the edge of the shoe after you put it on them. Shoes need care, whether it is the surface or the sole and now I have found this sole sticker which can protect the bottom of my shoes. I am beyond glad that I found this product and will be buying again when I buy new shoes. Great value and great item!
