  • Not even 30 days old and the adapter just stopped working....
Color: Silver
Yeah so I mean it's an okay little laptop.. nothing to write home about but not as bad as some of these other ones on here you come across. It is definitely cheap though, it's got special drivers for its hardware and they don't tell you what they are and they don't share them with you so don't put a different operating system on it unless you know how to fix it because nothing will work and if you tried to go back it gets even more complicated so be warned. It gets pretty warm but nothing too worrisome and it's a decent little laptop just very low end all the way around the board. And yeah the battery does last a long time when you first pull it out the box, but the battery life is directly related to the processor power requirements and that's directly related to whether or not it has the capability to process what it's doing or not so if you try to play a video game on it it'll die in 3 hours but if you're watching YouTube you can get nine. And then three weeks after I got it The AC adapter charging cord just stopped working. Really like 5 minutes ago, I don't know if I can get another one and I don't know if it's even worth it.. not that it ain't worth a $15 fix I'm just not sure if something else won't go out on it next because it's all very very cheap hardware. But hey, it was really really cheap price too and that's why I bought it because my laptop crashed the day before I had to have a lot of stuff typed up and I had no choice but to buy a laptop overnight ASAP.. if that's what you're looking for, it'll do that all day. Just not for a month. ... show more

  • Quality computer at a pretty amazing price
Color: Silver
I needed a bigger laptop for travel. Sounds odd, but I am used to a desktop monitor and my 13" HP touchscreen just wouldn't cut it as a digital nomad. This BHWW had good reviews, great screen resolution, and the 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, and Core i5-1035G4 processor should meet all of my needs for the next couple of years. The packaging is quite Apple-like and the quality of the computer build seems great. Having haggled with Dell & Asus customer service over the years, I felt like it was worth taking a little risk on a "no-name" manufacturer, especially since the laptop cost less than $450. It has been working great for the first month, at least, so I'm happy. ... show more

  • 32 GB of RAM, Win 11 pro, Intel core i5 For that price point I mean come on, was worth a shot.
Color: Gray
This laptop does everything it should do and more. I got the variant with the RAM upgrade, 32GB worth and it was totally worth the risk of going with an off-brand. This thing is snappy. I mean quick. The screen so far has been superb. Bright and rich, but I sacrificed the touchscreen version for the RAM. It's got all the bells and whistles 1TB SSD and a biometric login built into the mouse pad. However, for some reason, I can't use Windows Hello Vision with the built-in camera. I think that the camera might not be able to be used in this way. The only other thing that I have run into is that the power block/brick seems undersized. The only reason I feel this way is because, during the initial set-up, it got really hot. But since then it has performed normally. All in all, this off-brand PC has been a diamond in the rough! For the price point, you won't find another to rival it in internal specs, performance, and capabilities, period! The storage can be upgraded to 4TB and another 500GB with an SDXC card. So if you are balling on a budget and need a good laptop then I would recommend this as your first option. but hurry up because I have a feeling that the price won't last, once word gets out. ... show more

  • Death after (less than) 40!
Color: Gray
Short story, it's now a paperweight after less than 40 hours of actual use. Long version - This was a laptop that I used exclusively to organize my digital library, a task that took me less than 40 hours of actual 'up time'. I got this in March of '24, did the library, and that was it until I went to add a few items in Dec.. It booted up ok, but after 2 minutes, I got a blue screen with a "there's something wrong, scanning for the problem" message. I let it run, thinking I'd at least get a message describing the problem. I let it run for 1/2 hour with no changes. Shut it off, tried restarting many times with the exact same bad result. Even left the 'scanning for problem' screen running for 12 hours with no results. Nothing I've tried during boot-up, such as hitting F12, etc, etc, did anything at all. As far as I can tell, and I've been using computers for over 30 years so I've worked through MANY a problem with them, this is now an expensive paper weight. I'll also join the many others in saying that this was the hottest computer I've ever used, (again, I've used MANY), and the heat created during charging was absolutely a concern. Simply put, this thing is junk, there's no support, and it may burn your house down. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!! ... show more

  • The best laptop I’ve ever owned.
Color: Silver
I bought this laptop to use for my family history project. It has one TB of memory and 32 ram. It’s fast and easy to use. In fact it was so good that I bought two, one for myself and one for my son. Built well, great battery life, good screen resolution, and a great price. Great laptop’s.

  • Works for me!
Color: Gray
I have had this laptop since February 2024. If performs as it should for internet surfing, documents and email. It has a good battery life. It does not have the same quality feel of more expensive brand. Its keypad is noisy a mouse fixes that problem. It’s good enough for a tight budget.
