I've included a video, and apologize in advance for its length and my ineptness. I just received it and am learning all of its functionality. Included are easy instructions, a usb-c charging cord, and the massager unit. I got the 16 head massager in white. You need to fully charge it before using the first time. Press and hold the power button to turn on. The far right selector offers 3 different massage modes or patterns. The far left controls are the faster/slower buttons which increase/decrease the massage speed. The lower speeds 1-6 are for relaxation, and increasing the intensity speeds/levels offers different levels of massage goals. The weight is a bit heavy to me, but that heaviness is reflected in the quality of the construction-this is built to last! You can target different muscle groups or parts of the body, but the neck area is delicate with bones and nerves, and you should speak to a professional before using this massager near the neck area spinal cord. Battery life is surprisingly good for the power this deep tissue massager has. This doesn't have a timer built in, but that might make a neat upgrade someday. The massage nubs are a firm foam material with a suede-like covering in grey. I don't believe there are any replacements available. And I wasn't initially sure about the red light ring, but yes, it's a red light therapy ring. The light doesn't put out any heat, and it needs to reach the surface of the skin without any layers of clothing in between the light and the skin. Overall, I am very pleased with the build quality, construction of the massager, and it really does a good job! I think this is a good value.

I’ve been using this massage gun at night, usually after work when my shoulders feel tight. The first time I picked it up, the weight felt pretty balanced, not too heavy to hold with one hand. I sat on the couch and started clicking through the modes. The little display lights up clearly. The 16 heads took me a second to sort through. I placed them on the coffee table and kept picking up different ones just to see how they felt on my arm or leg. Some feel gentler, some dig in more. The round one and the flat one ended up being the ones I reach for most. I tried the fork-shaped one on my neck and it actually felt better than I thought it would. The motor hits deep, deeper than my older massage gun, but without that rattling vibration that travels through your teeth. I’ve been trying the intensity levels little by little. Level 5 is what I use to warm up. If I go up to around 12 or so on my thighs, I can feel the pressure working through the tension. The higher levels are strong, very strong, so I need to ease into them. The noise is surprisingly low. I used it while watching a show and didn’t have to turn the volume up, which is rare with percussion massagers. The battery life has been fine. I charge it maybe every few days. USB-C makes it easy because I already have chargers around the house. It runs long enough for a full session on my back, neck, legs without slowing down. I’ve been keeping it in the drawer under the TV stand so I can just grab it when I need it. Sometimes I use it on my calves after walking all day. Other times it’s for my shoulders when they feel stiff from sitting at the desk too long. It loosens everything up enough that I sleep more comfortably.

I’ve been using this massage gun for a bit now, mostly at night when I’m finally sitting down, and it turned out stronger than I expected. The first time I switched it on, I had it set way too high and it gave me a little jolt, so now I always start on the low end and move up slowly. It sits in the hand nicely, not heavy in an annoying way, just solid enough that it doesn’t feel cheap. I switch out the attachments depending on what’s bugging me, though honestly I only reach for a few of them. The rest are still in the box somewhere, but I kind of like knowing they’re there even if I forget what half of them do. The grip is comfortable, and the vibration doesn’t numb my hand like some of the older budget ones I had before. I use it on my shoulders the most since that’s where I hold tension, and the deeper mode gets in there without me having to lean my weight into it. Sometimes I’ll just let it rest on one spot while I’m scrolling through my phone. The noise is low enough that I can use it while watching TV without turning anything up. Charging is easy. I plug it in when I remember and it fills up pretty quickly. The battery lasts longer than I expected too, especially since I only use it in short bursts instead of long sessions. I move it around the house now and then, it somehow ended up living on my nightstand because I keep reaching for it before bed.

Overall the 16 head massage gun is great. While it does not have the focus power that a single head massage gun as it has the power spread out which honestly on certain areas it works better in my opinion. I absolutely love this on my sore feet after work. Crank the speed up to 30 and lay it on the floor I can easily sit down watch TV and run my feet over the unit and get an amazing foot rub. The massager charges off USB C which is nice because I have cords everywhere in my house so it can travel anywhere I go and charge if needed. Honestly I have used it multiple times now and have still only charged it one time so battery life is holding up well. Overall I was pleasantly surprised on its use and while it will not replace my single head massager it will compliment it's use.

This little massager is small in size, lightweight and easy to hold, and the quality seems pretty good. Because it’s small, I can use it in a lot of places. I mostly use it on my calves, since that area gets sore sometimes. I also use it on the bottom of my feet, and it feels nice. It’s simple to use. The switch on the side is easy to find, and nothing on it feels uncomfortable on my skin. After I use it, my legs feel more relaxed. It doesn’t make loud noise, and charging it is easy too. When I don’t need it, I can put it away without any trouble. The massage head on top feels soft when it touches my skin, not rough. So far, I think it works well.

This massager is an absolute game-changer. I've never really like the massage guns and found them to be uncomfortable. This covers a much larger area with a comfortable feel. The 30 different modes give me options for any body part. I'm able to relieve deep, tight knots, or just use it for a soothing light massage. The design really stand out from others I've used. The 16 heads disperse the power evenly without compromising pressure. The dual handles make it comfortable to hold and use. It is quiet when in use, even on the highest level. It has a built-in red light therapy lamp that adds even more relaxation and soothing to my sessions. Because of the size, I'm able to cover a larger amount of space in much less time. I actually enjoy using it. Using it daily has made a huge improvement in my overall wellbeing, my posture, and my flexibility.
