Item arrived quickly. It came with a pair of earbuds, 2 cartridges and a charging cord(no box for the cord tho). Once charged it never turned on. This was purchased as a Christmas gift. Needless to say, it was never able to be used because we could never get it to turn on. Even let it charge overnight. While pushing the power button, you could see a red light flash through the little pin hole on the right bottom of the device. Disappointed, but I guess you get what you pay for. My four year old wanted a switch like his older brothers but I’m afraid he can’t keep up with it or might break it. This one has been a lifesaver for us. We bought this in hopes that he wouldn’t realize it wasn’t the real thing. It has a good screen quality and stays charged for a little bit without us having to constantly charge it for him.
