Very solidly built unit. Has been installed approximately two weeks and working perfectly. Reduced humidity in my crawl space (about 2400 square feet) from 70% to 45% in one day. Unit is fairly heavy (60 lbs) so when installing in crawl space you may need some assistance. A big plus is draining options where you can choose continuous gravity draining or use included internal automatic pump. Drain hoses for both options are included. This makes installation placement choices easier. You can purchase separately a remote control panel to control and monitor the dehumidifier’s operation without accessing your craw space. Unit was well packed and arrived with no damage. Do follow instructions and allow the unit to remain in the upright position for 24 hours prior to turning on. Also, the unit is very quiet during operation. I installed directly under my living room floor and cannot hear it run. I did need to contact the company’s customer support department just to get a few questions answered and was totally impressed by their quick and thorough response. Just installed this unit 4 days ago. Replaced a $2000 Santa Fe dehumidifier. Hard to believe a unit this small size can handle my 1800sq ft crawl space. After two days, humidity went down from 73% to 44%. Noise is acceptable. Washable filter saves money. Includes several other features that add to benefits such as auto restart if electricity goes out and then comes back on, built in pump and more. Built-in 6" duct is more important than many may realize. I added a 4 year warranty for $84 from Assurian. One comment: this unit is advertised as being able to handle over 7000 sq ft of coverage.     • This dehumidifier is the Bomb!
This unit is the bomb! I have a 1500-1600sf basement. I’ve had 2, supposedly 4-star+ units down there often struggling to control the humidity. Then, one of the more expensive of the two, crapped out in less than 2 years. Once installed, this thing brought the humidity down from 64% to 44% in less than 4 hours! It’s surprisingly quiet, too! It produces quite the airflow and has consistently kept the basement at 51%, exactly what I set it at. Even with the latest heatwave and brutal outside humidity. The pump works great, though I have since elected to raise the unit to take advantage of the gravity drain to preserve pump life. I can’t recommend this unit more. Commercial grade for sure. All other dehumidifiers (except for small spaces) are simply a wast of money. ... show more

Very satisfied with the product. Does a great job at removing humidity. Easy to use. Is very quiet. Had a small issue and customer service reached back out to me almost immediately. That made the purchase even better. I know that I have support if any issues occur.

I purchased the Airzentti 155 pint dehumidifier for my crawlspace humidity issues. Humidity was 84-86% before I installed the dehumidifier.The Airzentti quickly brought it down to my 40% set point. Unit is well built, easy to install and setup. Very glad I purchased this brand and model. Works flawlessly.I have purchased cheaper smaller units in the past and they never last. You get what you pay for.I also purchased the optional remote control for the unit. Another great item as well. You can do all of the on unit functions with the remote. ... show more

    • It’s like a Tank !
This dehumidifier works great. If I didn’t know better I would think it’s an industrial machine. I dried my basement in less than a day. From 88% to 55% in a matter of hours. It also seems well built and should last.

Worked great for my 2,000 square foot crawlspace, it took out a butt load of water. And now keeps the humidity down from 89 to 45. Had mold issues and now it’s gone. Obviously lowering humidity alone won’t get rid of existing mold, but it keeps new mold from forming

    • Easy install, big results.
This is the most powerful dehumidifier I've ever used,I'm getting anywhere from 10-15 gallons of water everyday out of my basement. It has made a very noticeable difference in the air quality down there. If you're serious about about eliminating moisture in a house or basement this is the machine.
