We love our couch! But be ready to have a horde of boxes to sort through. The instructions were fairly easy and with the two of us we got it together in about an hour or two. We've had it for a year now and its still in great shape and cozy. Some things I didnt pay attention to when buying: Its lower to the ground than i expected, and the back rest is also very low, like only halfway up our backs if you sit upright on it. That being said, its very spacious. Two people can lay down on it on each end comfortable. We have a xl german shephered and two small dogs and we can all fit on the couch and foot rests :) Easy to snuggle up in the corners with a pillow and fall asleep on. I love that the cushions are all removable to easily clean or move around. The frame is durable and nothing has broken or loosened in a year of heavy usage. The only thing I wish for is a higher back rest, but weve made out using the throw pillows as needed. Overall its a great couch for the price, assembly was fairly easy but not recommended to do solo, just as there are large parts to hold in place for just two hands. Dogs love it as much as we do. I did try to four star this because of the low back rest but I could not for some reason. Its the only downfall, the back cushions are very cozy but the back frame of the couch is very hard metal, so the way your head would rest on it is not comfortable without an added pillow or blanket ... show more

Just what I expected and more! I'm 68 and I put this together myself 👍🏻✂️🦋. Everything lined up.It took me an hour because I took my time and walked away a couple of times. This was the easiest thing I ever put together. This purchase couldn't be more perfect. The gorgeous blue it's just exceptional, and it's so comfortable and cushy. OMG I luv this couch!!! Much better than any I could have gotten in a local store. It has help up nicely in the few months I've had it and haven't had any issues. I even have three large dogs and I'm having no issues with hair or tears. I also used a couch cover to help hold down any dog hair. Nap time.... Yes I have napped on this couch quite a bit. Nice change from my bed lol and I sleep very well on the couch now. It was very easy to put together. I put it together myself and it was a little time consuming because I didn't want to make a mistake. Boxes are very heavy and all three showed up at the same time. You Will need all three boxes to be able to start putting it together. I was very impressed how they packed all the pieces. All the cushions were vacuumed sealed and they all fluffed out perfectly. I ordered the 12' couch with ottoman and me and all three of my (large) dogs fit comfortably together. My one dog prefers the ottoman, so I have to share with him lol. The material is also very soft and comfortable and easy to keep clean. I have Nothing negative to say about this couch and I hope it lasts for years to come. ... show more

I went to every single furniture store/outlet in my city with a goal of getting a sectional for under $700. There wasn’t even a sectional I actually liked/found comfortable that was under $1k. The only sectionals I could find for this price were sad, super firm or too squishy small sectionals. I bought this after tons of research on Amazon and wayfair, and WOW it’s actually perfect. I’ve got the ottomans lined up on one side to make it a sectional and it fits great for the space. My only complaint is there’s no way to secure the ottomans like you can with the other parts of the couch, so they slide around a lot, but hopefully a rug will fix that. The cushions are so deep and easy to lounge on. The backs are the perfect height. It looks like a $1500 couch, while being under $700. Shipping was so fast I wasn’t even home from the holidays when it came in (cue a Christmas Day mad rush home to get it inside and out of the rain). My boyfriend and I are both on the larger side and we can sit on the same cushion without feeling unstable. There was no smell at all, and everything feels good quality! Update: we’ve had the couch for a few months now & I’m still very satisfied with it, but I’ve noticed some things. The top cushions are secured by one long stretch of Velcro. I move around a lot which doesn’t help, but that Velcro doesn’t keep the cushion in place & after a couple hours you get a smushed cushion which then pushes out the bottom cushion. Next thing you know you’re leaning on the hard back of it and scratching your arm on Velcro or slowly sliding out. It’s a super easy fix, the cushions slide right back into place, but it’s just a bit annoying and not an issue I’ve had with any other couch. The other thing is that the top cushions very easily get smushed, and the process of fluffing them back out like you would a normal pillow is much harder due to how they’re stuffed. It’s a solid 5 minutes of beating the cushion, but I guess maybe that’s a plus if you need some anger relief now and then. It’s still a great couch, so comfy usually, and I get tons of compliments on it. People are always shocked when I tell them how much it was. My partner has slept on it repeatedly & says it’s great. ... show more

I absolutely love this couch!! I got the u shape and it came in 3 different boxes. It wasn't that hard to put together. Me and my daughter put it together. It's sooo comfortable!!! I was afraid it was going to be stiff and firm but it's so comfortable! Soft and cozy and great for a movie night. The color is just what I was wanting! It's very solid and sturdy, perfect for our family of 5. Back support is good and the cushions are nice and thick. I expect this to last for many years. I'm so pleased with this purchase. Overall I’d give this couch about a 3–3.5 out of 5. It looks much better than it feels. The color is beautiful, the size is great, shipping was fast, and assembly was easy. However, comfort is the most important factor for me when buying a couch, and this is where it falls short. The seat cushions are fine and I’d describe them as medium firm, but the back cushions are underfilled, sit very upright, and leave noticeable gaps between them. They also attach with Velcro, which is convenient, but the Velcro is positioned fairly low on the back of the couch. Because of this, the pillows tend to tilt downward instead of naturally leaning back with your body like most couch cushions. To make them more comfortable, I found myself having to detach the Velcro, which defeats the purpose in my opinion. The couch itself is very long, and two people can easily stretch out across it. My family of five can all sit on it comfortably from a space standpoint. Unfortunately, comfort is a different story. Even with the ottoman, I don’t find it particularly comfortable for movie nights or long periods of lounging. Without the ottoman, I think most people who enjoy curling up on the couch would find it too shallow. It’s more of a couch you sit on while chatting with guests than a couch you sink into with the family for a movie marathon. For reference, I’d choose my old stained, worn out couch over this one purely based on comfort. Coming from a very deep, soft couch, this one was a bit of a shock. If you’re buying primarily for appearance, this couch looks great and is a good value for the price. If comfort is your top priority, I’d keep shopping or increase your budget. I don’t regret purchasing it, but I personally wouldn’t buy it again. Will come back after using it for a while and update 😜 ... show more

I was a little nervous buying a couch I couldn't see/test in person. I did a lot of research and decided to take the plunge on this one and I have to say I am VERY satisfied! This couch is fantastic for the price. It's actually very easy to put together and also light enough to move around easily. The fabric seems like good quality and won't wear out too quickly, it's soft material. I also like that it's washable. For comfort, usually the higher price you pay the more comfortable it is, but for this price range the comfort level is really good! I like that there's support (unlike the pure boneless couches) but soft enough to sink into a little. I wanted a couch that I could lay on, and this does the job. I got the 2 seater with the ottoman, but it can very comfortably fit 3 and fits great in my smaller layout. Also, shipping process was great. It came in 2 boxes and arrived days before it was anticipated to so I got it very quickly. For pet parents, my cat wouldn't sit on our old couch at all, she hated it. Ever since I built this couch she hasn't left. Furry paw seal of approval! Overall, very happy I took the chance and recommend this! ... show more
