The cushions slide a bit but it was easy to fix with some double sided Velcro. This pillows are surprisingly full and squishy. I love how modular it is! Shipping was easy! It came in separate boxes on separate days so don’t worry when it doesn’t arrive all at once. Follow the directions on the insert if you’re missing any pieces. Great customer service! Absolutely blown away by this couch! So big and extremely comfortable. So totally worth the price, anywhere else this couch is easily $1,000+!! The color is also so pretty! The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the back cushions don’t have a ton of padding in them, the cushions you sit on are amazing! We just bought filler for $10 from Walmart and stuffed the back, simple fix and not mad about it! Very easy to assemble took maybe an hour!

The sofa sits way too low to the floor and the backs don't even come up to our shoulders. Might be a good couch for children or short people... however it is very uncomfortable for my 6 foot frame and is giving me back and neck pain. The charging ports are a joke. My phone loses battery while plugged into them. When I contacted the seller about it they said it is a low charge for safety reasons. Would not recommend this couch at all. I regret the purchase. *update: first and foremost this company has the most thorough customer service I've ever worked with. They reached out after this review and worked with me for months in an effort to upgrade their USB port to a more powerful one. They did succeed and the port is no longer an issue. I wish I could give 5 stars based on customer service alone but that wouldn't be fair to consumers. The couch still needs work on it's size, especially the back rests or pillows because it still gives neck and back pain if sat in for any length of time. This is a step in the right direction and the company clearly wants to put out a good product so I have faith that future couches will be better.

This couch has been an excellent purchase. I ordered it in blue and it looks even better in person, with a beautiful tone that adds a nice pop to the room. The assembly was very simple and straightforward, and I was able to put it together quickly without any frustration. The cushions are very soft and comfortable, making it a cozy spot to relax for everyday use. It also arrived earlier than expected, which was a big plus. On top of that, customer service reached out after delivery to make sure everything arrived correctly and to let us know that if we needed any help or if anything was unsatisfactory, we could contact them. Overall, I’m very happy with this couch and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfy option that’s easy to assemble and backed by attentive customer service.

Wrong color !!! Be careful when choosing the size and colors . There is no change in the description when changing between the different sizes available . I was going for the darker green couch . When wanting the bigger size afterall it gave me a whole different couch , which I did not realize due the company not adding additional color options . They are completely different greens !! Which is highly inconvenient . Boxes are opened but I still want to return as the highly shinny lighter green couch is not the one I intended to purchase . The couch itself Is wonderful and big , and comfy . I’m just very disappointed on the differences on color and material.

This couch is amazing and is so soft. One of the cupholders came broken. I contacted the seller and they sent two replacement cupholders immediately within four days of me having the couch. We added 6 inch legs to give it height and that made it perfect for my 6’1 husband. My husband assembled it within an hour of everything coming. Shipping was a week and I received the couch on 2 separate days. The price for this couch is what sold me this couch would cost over 4,000 somewhere else especially with the 2 ottomans
