I’ve been riding the EUY Cityrang 4.0 for about three weeks now, and honestly, I’m impressed by how much you get for the price. I picked this bike mainly because of two things: it was affordable, and it had a step-through frame—which was a non-negotiable for me. I’m not a fan of the classic “nutcracker bar” design, and this bike respects that. I ride on everything: roads, sidewalks, gravel, even trails—and the Cityrang handles it all like a champ. It flies at up to 30mph, which is way faster than I could ever pedal on my own. The fat tires give me confidence on rougher surfaces, and while the ride can get bumpy, a suspension seat post makes a huge difference. Assembly was fairly straightforward, though the instructions could be clearer. Just make sure to tighten every bolt—there are a lot of them, and you really don’t want to skip one. The bike feels sturdy and well-equipped. Honestly, for the price, the Cityrang has way more features than I expected, making it one of the smartest investments I’ve made in a while. I’ll admit—after riding this beast, I’ve become a bit snobbish when I see those bikes at the store with their skinny tires and thin frames. Once you go fat tires and a solid frame, it’s hard to look back. My only real gripe? I wish it had both front and rear suspension—especially for trail riding—but that’s a small trade-off for everything else it offers. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend this bike to anyone who wants serious e-bike power without spending $1,000+.

This is my first E-bike, purchased due to an upcoming hip replacement. I was amazed at the packaging that this bike came in. I never had a package that was packed so well. AFter taking the bike out of the package, it took me about an hour to put it together. I could have done this quicker, but I had to keep shifting my self around from the pain. The directions were a little tricky, but I was able to figure things out. The battery was charged upon arrival, and I took it out for a quick spin bfefore it started to rain. Very happy so far. Comfort: I needed a bike that I could step through because of my hip. This fits the bill perfectly.

I would like to say that I have received my new e bike and I was surprised at how well made and thought out it is. The assembly was made easy because of the u tube video you made. The only fault I have was one bolt was missing for the head light and fender. I had hardware at home so this was not a problem. I am impressed with how well it performs and the power of the bike. This is a great bike for short runs getting the mail, picking up stuff from the store and riding around the park. It is light weight and has a wide range of adjustability I am a happy customer and am enjoying it.

Battery life is not as advertised! You can get maybe 40 miles with the pas mode. Perhaps a little more. But definitely not 70. You get less than 30 on setting five at the max speed at 33 mph. And I really mean less than 30. Probably closer to 22 to 25 but the bike is a very sturdy. It's built very well. I've crashed on it at my own fault three times now and it's held up and barely scratched crashing at full speed. The screen is very delicate be careful. A little louder than most e-bikes. The electric hum during acceleration to 33 miles per hour is quite loud. It does get hot. Only on the hottest days but I haven't had any issues with overheating. Any e-bike is going to get hot but this one seems to manage its heat dissipation quite well. When you purchase this bike or if you purchase this bike and make sure that you tighten every little tiny thing on the bike. Including the handlebars and its neck. Everything needs to be tightened. I made the mistake of not tightening the neck but I was able to find that in time. Very happy with this purchase. One more thing the brakes came in slightly bent. So you may want to purchase brake discs when you purchase this bike. Because they do come in bent. This is something very hard to avoid with any bike you purchase. The bike is very heavy! Very very heavy! If you're in a top apartment like I am. It gets very tiring. Is incredibly difficult to carry upstairs. Amazing bike. Built amazing. Tighten everything. Heavy. Durable. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

Initially, upon receiving the bike had had an issue the customer service for this bike by the seller was excellent They went above and beyond to to resolve my issue and make sure I was happy. I am really glad I got to keep the bike and didn’t have to send it back. I really like the power and battery life. The overall performance on this bike is top-notch and has a smooth ride. It even has a rear brake light and a horn. I would recommend this E bike to everyone and what makes it even better is that the seller has your back in case something goes wrong. We love love love these bikes! My husband and I both purchased one and they have good power for the steep hills. The battery stays charged for a long time. They are heavier than the taller bikes we had before, but the fat tires make the ride sooo much more comfortable. They take off quickly.

My husband bought me this e-bike and I absolutely love it. We have gone out riding a few times now and it works perfect. I love that the accelerator is on the handlebar and you just turn it, instead of having to push a lever like on some e-bikes. I did get a more comfortable seat than the one that came with this bike, but for the price the bike is fantastic.
