We'll my mom is 5.3 and I have to help her get on and off her feet don't touch the floor when she's fully on she has to lean the bike to get one foot on the ground lol But other then that she really loves it rides great . Wife wanted an Ebike. After looking at them extensively. These seemed the best value as far as power rating per dollar and the most features per dollar. My wife about 5'4" needed the 24 inch wheels, not the 26 inch. Her girl friends are now buying them different colors and I'm putting them together for them Lol!

1. Very nice looking bike and runs beautifully 2. The bike is quiet heavy even for an adult let alone a kid. I bought it for my son who is 11 3. Even though the instructions has pictures, it still took us a long time to assemble. There needs to pictures of how each part looks after assembled together.

We received the item on time. After unboxing, we noticed a bad scratch etched into the paint. Also, the seat had a tear. In addition, it has a yellowish smudge in the white paint in one area, making it look like it has a grease stain. We notified Amazon and after a few days our complaint just disappeared off of our account. It looks like Amazon wants us to just let it go and deal with the issues ourselves. Needless to say, my wife is very disappointed because she saved up a long time for this bike. When we tried to contact the seller, it says that Amazon is handling the complaints for this item. It seems to be a decent bike but just be aware that if they send you one that is defective, they aren’t going to try and make it right in anyway.

I am impressed with the bike and price! One small problem with the rear bumper having Crack in it. Contacted the manufacturer and there sending me a new one. No problem 😊 Loved the easy assembly of the bike. Would recommend it highly to anyone for the price!! A couple of people complained about the speed but just rode the bike and went 35 mph! Plenty fast for a bike! Trust me!! 😆 🤣

I rode my bike last night for the first time. I am 5'4" female. I had a larger bike. The 24" wheel/tire is a much better fit. The speedometer shows the wrong speed. My husband had to change the wheel size in the "special settings". It was showing approx 5 mph faster than the bike was actually going. We changed wheel size to 21.5 to get it closer to accurate. I like the ride. The speed control on the left side was too far to reach. We had to rotate the light/horn button down the get the panel close enough to use while riding. I will order longer gooseneck to get a more upright sitting position. You cannot adjust the gooseneck to be high enough for my comfort. I like being able to stand over the frame with both feet on the ground. My battery charger shows green. My battery only shows orange. When the battery is attached to the bike it shows five bars (fully charged) on my volt meter it showed 54.5v which is supposed to be normal for a 48 volt ebike powerpack when fully charged. We will see how long this battery lasts. Assembly went well. The front axle needed to be changed out. The axle on the bike for shipping did not fit properly. They had another one on the parts package that had the correct shims. If the battery life is what they say it is, we will be happy. Seems to be good quality. UPDATE: Bike only seems to travel about 25 miles on a charge with my lighter weight wife. Tried to contact company thru Amazon. No response so far. Down to 2 stars.
