I bought this bike for my wife and she absolutely loves it. This bike has plenty of power for her and it is extremely comfortable. The seat height is adjustable to accommodate different heights. The battery life is probably close to 50-60 miles depending on your PAS but we usually keep it on 1 or 2. As far as speed, it maxes out around 28mph but we are not trying to go that fast. This bike is a solid option for beginners and people who want a solid daily commute. In comparison to my other e-bike, it is a night and day but this bike is a solid choice.

I’m only 5’3” and this 24” bike is great for me. The step thru style makes it easy for me to get on. I’ve never had an e-bike and it’s been easy to learn to ride. It is much heavier than a regular bike. The headlight is so big and bright. Instructions are great with color photos to help. Negative: no instructions on how to use the directional lights or “cruise control.” I like that the handle bars are not straight. Cup/phone holder not included.

I rode my bike last night for the first time. I am 5'4" female. I had a larger bike. The 24" wheel/tire is a much better fit. The speedometer shows the wrong speed. My husband had to change the wheel size in the "special settings". It was showing approx 5 mph faster than the bike was actually going. We changed wheel size to 21.5 to get it closer to accurate. I like the ride. The speed control on the left side was too far to reach. We had to rotate the light/horn button down the get the panel close enough to use while riding. I will order longer gooseneck to get a more upright sitting position. You cannot adjust the gooseneck to be high enough for my comfort. I like being able to stand over the frame with both feet on the ground. My battery charger shows green. My battery only shows orange. When the battery is attached to the bike it shows five bars (fully charged) on my amp meter it showed 54.5 which is supposed to be normal for a 48 volt ebike powerpack when fully charged. We will see how long this battery lasts. Assembly went well. The front axle needed to be changed out. The axle on the bike for shipping did not fit properly. They had another one on the parts package that had the correct shims. If the battery life is what they say it is, I will be happy. Seems to be good quality.

We received the item on time. After unboxing, we noticed a bad scratch etched into the paint. Also, the seat had a tear. In addition, it has a yellowish smudge in the white paint in one area, making it look like it has a grease stain. We notified Amazon and after a few days our complaint just disappeared off of our account. It looks like Amazon wants us to just let it go and deal with the issues ourselves. Needless to say, my wife is very disappointed because she saved up a long time for this bike. When we tried to contact the seller, it says that Amazon is handling the complaints for this item. It seems to be a decent bike but just be aware that if they send you one that is defective, they aren’t going to try and make it right in anyway.

I really like it! Wanted something big and strong enough to cart my 11 year old back from school on the back when his mom forgets to get him… It works perfect for that! Went together pretty easily, about an hour.. everything aligned and adjusted by the factory. Of course once assembled you dial it up to how you like it… So the motor is quite strong. Thing wants to go fast. Top speed just over 30 mph. At high speed seems like about 25 miles on a charge. I really never took the battery lower than one bar left. Overall this is a very nice bike for the price. I have 4 others, kind of liking this one a lot!

I'm assuming it was a return as box was previously open and re-taped. Back fender scratched and cracked. Turn signals do not work, brakes squeak. Have tried to contact bike company for help for the last 2 days and email is my only option and no one has contacted me yet.
