This bike is Amazing if you are thinking of getting an e-bike, I would definitely choose this one as it has so much to offer, as this bike is very sturdy and won’t fail on you whole riding, this also is a very easy bike to ride as there is nothing you need to do that you wouldn’t do on a regular bike other then you pull the throttle. The price on this bike is amazing 780$!!! And you get this this bike is amazing for the price. The speed of this is also amazing I’ve gotten it up to 35 mph so yeah it’s really fast. The battery life is also very good as you get to like 30-40 miles at max speed. The brakes also stop on the dime and work very well, and don’t wear out for a long time. This bike is amazing and if you’re thinking of getting one you should. Also if you wanted an extra battery if you email them they’ll send you one for the price it is at, the customer service is also amazing as I emailed them, and 3 days later I got that part and was back on the road. The tires were really a low quality ones, they were being deflated all the time. Battery life was good, it lasted for a little while until it ran out of juice. It was pretty easy to assemble, so the bike overall was good but some parts lacked quality

The media could not be loaded. We love this bike and I recommend it everyone. If I could give more stars I would. The customer service is excellent. I will start off by saying, a week after I bought the bike, it stopped working. Once the bike was turned on, the screen displayed an error code (pictured) for a few seconds, then the bike immediately shut off. I thought for sure I had just wasted a ton of money. But, there is a paper in the box with technical support information. I called the support number and a woman answered. No phone tree, no run around, an actual human answered after two rings. That blew my mind. She asked for the order number, a few other basic things, and asked me to email a video of the issue to the support email on the paper, which I did. A support person emailed me back the next day and said it was the screen. They sent me a new screen free of charge and I received it within a few days. The screen did fix the issue and the bike is working perfectly now. Thank you, top notch customer service. The bike does reach 30mph. Me and my husband doubled on the bike and although a little slower getting up to speed, it did ok. Aside from the obvious headlight, the bike has turn signals, a horn, a phone holder, rear passenger foot pegs, and a brake light. My son is 6’2 and I was worried about the bike being too small but he fits on it fine. It’s a pretty cool looking bike overall. We are super happy with the purchase and customer support. We plan on buying a second bike in the future. ... show more

My son rode his bike three times and the rear axel stopped working and he has not been able to ride it since. Reached out to customer service and they attempted to help at first. But now since I told them their fix didnt work they have refused to respond. So disappointing when you spend quite a bit of money for something and they dont want to help make it right. ... show more

Got this bike for my 13 year old and he absolutely loves it! Definitely worth it! We haven’t had any issues so far and it’s the perfect size for him it does go really fast so not ideal for smaller children. Shipping was fast and super easy to put together

I’ve had the V20 4.0 electric bike for two months now, and it’s easily one of the best purchases I’ve made. It’s powerful—I’ve reached up to 35 mph—and the 1500W motor handles hills and rough terrain with no problem. The 48V 15.6Ah battery lasts around 30–40 miles depending on how much I use the throttle versus pedal assist, which is perfect for my daily rides. The bike is super comfortable, especially with the fat tires and padded seat, and it rides smoother than my old 10-speed. It was mostly assembled out of the box and only took a short time to set up. One of the tires wore out early, but I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement quickly with no hassle. The bike looks sharp—like a mini motorcycle—and even has foot pegs for carrying a second person. For $701.07, the quality is outstanding, and I’ve had no regrets. Whether you’re commuting, exploring, or just want a fun, reliable ride, I highly recommend this e-bike. ... show more
