Seller shipped with wrong battery now it's a boat anchor.Seller claims to be honest won't warranty the battery started offering 20$ after 2 weeks fighting they now offered 100$ would suggest staying away from this seller. Won't answer tech question and claims the bike is made by Jaison, contacting Jaison they told me to return the bike it's not made by them. The bike,looks good and has sufficient power put twenty miles on only epower the first ride . The only time I peddled was up a couple steep hills. Will definitely upgrade the tires seat and hydraulic brakes. Bigger battery will be a valuable upgrade as I'm lazy . Lots of sand on the asphalt here in Maine so will take it apart and grease all the bearings and look into a pair of handlebars. Goes just well as the other couple ebikes I've rode,they all where triple the price of this one. Not the fastest but 25 mph is fast enough in case of an accident. First ebike came doa was an older step through version this new model is much nicer. Highly recommend to stay away from this Seller. Will update as I get more miles on it.. ... show more

Good I guess, the bike has good design but I got it and it was damage like if someone hit the bike not sure if it's a used bike because looks like is used, the park on the front wheel there was some type of screw and it was hard to get out I even damage a bit that part because the tool they game me didn't work it was to small for does screws they put there, and the wheel only had 1 screw so I am not able to screw both sides, I will have to buy that piece ... show more

Decent bike, advertised at 28 mph it is 24 actually. The back brake cable needs replaced after a week it is damaged inside the cable shield. Just going to cut my loss and put on hydraulics anyway. OEM brakes suck. Was missing some hardware the seller responded quickly and offered me money to replace missing parts on my own...so 👍 for that 😁.the back tire bolt cover was damaged in shipping I'm not overly concerned with that but. The response I got about that was" it's purely cosmetic" in their defence they are correct but I paid for that cosmetic to be there. ... show more

Cheap, chain keeps falling off, wire snapped and now the battery won't turn on. Spend a little more on something else.

    • Missing and poorly made parts.
Haven't actually tried the product yet but as far as the assembly goes, pretty sure the instructions were for a different bike entirely, it was missing the rear reflector and the seat quick clamp pin bolt was complete junk and stripped out and will not tighten down. So I now have to order a new seat clamp pin bolt as well as a taillight to be safe to even ride it. ... show more
