This is my first owned Ebike and I am extremely impressed! While there was a little delivery misunderstanding with FedEx, that was not an error of the seller at all, I reached out to the seller for some assistance. Customer Service was extremely helpful and responsive! As far as the bike goes, the battery life is incredible! I had my puppy in the front and my 6 year old on the back on a 11 mile ride and returned home with all of the bars still visible, still full! The speed on the bike exceeded our expectation as well. You can set the take-off speed to your liking which is another plus. We had a wonderful time riding around for the very first time. My 6 year old said it was the most fun she's had in a long time being my passenger. The bike is definitely well built! While it is suggested for a tad bit taller person, I'm 4'11 and can ride and handle the bike with ease. I have already recommended this bike to many of my family members! I'm excited to get on the trails for a longer ride soon here. ... show more

It’s my dream bike. It’s beautiful, even though I had to solve some of the steps creatively and it took us about 8 hours to put it together. 😄 Battery was a little too high and couldn’t be put in. The battery holding part needed to be lowered to the lower setting for the battery to slide through the frame to plug it into the bike. Everything else was legit. ... show more

Anyone know how to make the headlight work? Also there's no way to put the back seat on, the bolts on the seat don't align with the holes on the frame, not just my opinion, I had someone else try as well...PAS 1 is 9mph, PAS 2 is 17mph...I feel like it's missing a speed in between compared to other ebikes I've tried. The chain guard was loose in the box and not mentioned anywhere in the instructions, so if I did manage to get the back seat on, it would be dangerous for the passenger because there's nowhere for them to put their feet. Oh! And the battery slot isn't aligned on the frame properly so it took about 10mins and a lot of swearing to force it into place... ... show more

Assembling it was a bit tricky, but the video on Amazon was very helpful and easy to follow. The battery, due to its size, was difficult to install and took me about 10 minutes to figure out.
