Great product so far. Had a massive duckweed bloom and fish die off. I did a lot of research and aeration is the most important thing to reduce further fish death. Since I manually removed some of the duckweed and installed the fountain there has been minimal further fish loss. Now I am just waiting on sonar RTU algaecide. Hope this is helpful to anyone who has similar problems. If anything over 1/8 acre pond you will most likely need extra rope to tie the fountain in place. Mine is a little over 1/4 I think. Color scheme is a little bit of an eyesore.

The media could not be loaded. Love this in our pond! I have been wanting one for a few years now and finally decided to pull the trigger on getting one when I saw the specs and price on this one. I like the simplicity of its design and how easy it was to setup in the pond. Very little information on setup but none really needed. Assembly the float with the plastic snap pins and set the motor with preference of nozzle and place in water. Set to desired location in pond using provided string or do as I did and add a 100’ of line to one side and 200’ to the other side. I set it up about 75’ from the shore of the pond and now can easily pull to the close side and service or clean when needed in the future then easily pull back out from other side of pond to same spot. I used a GFCI outlet hooked to an Alexa plug by my lower porch to power the pump. Alexa turns it on at sunrise and off an hour after sunset. I have noticed my pond looking clearer and cleaner with about 3 weeks of use already I am very pleased with the results. We love to sit on the porch and listen to the sounds of the water, it provides a nice calming atmosphere.

I have been wanting to add a fountain to our pond for years and finally did. Tied a cinder block to it to keep it in place. Still use an aerator in addition to the fountain to move the water from the bottom for the pond to thrive. Larger than expected for $200 in my 1/2 acre pond. Only downfall is the color, why is it blue and red? I'm going to paint it this winter.
