This portable air conditioner is just what I was looking for. It functions perfectly as described. The noise is not too loud and could be bearable. It is perfect for our living room, around 600-700 sq.ft. Besides, it’s pretty easy to setup and move around, I have not found any issues about the water leakage. The remote control makes me easier to use this AC. It looks very gorgeous, beautiful and sturdy. I would highly recommend it based on the design, price and quality!

Thus unit stopped working properly no more that 2 weeks after the installation set it up. It stopped cooling and started filling up at a ridiculous rate. The seller sent me a unit that had been returned. There was no remote control and no user manual. I immediately contacted Amazon customer service. According to Amazon, my issue would have to be handled by the seller. This was on June 19th. After trying to communicate with the seller through their website, they failed to live up to their company policy of handling customer issues expeditiously. Finally, again I attempted to get Amazon involved, in hopes of them intervening on my behalf. That was days ago and I still haven't heard from Amazon customer service. This has been a horrible experience. The unit started filling up with water every hour to an hour and a half. That may have been the reason someone returned it in the first place. I would not purchase this unit. It is definitely not worth the money or trouble. I'm in the process of returning this peice of work to the Tecxerllon company. Buyer beware.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The air conditioner has a large power（15000UBT）. When the power is turned on to the maximum, the room can be cooled down in few minutes. I used to have a vertical air conditioner with a main unit and an external unit, but it broke down. So I considered buying this air conditioner, which is easy to install. It only takes a small place and can be moved. One air conditioner can be placed in anywhere.the cooling effect is very good for my room. Easy to assemble, the main parts include the main unit, the air outlet pipe and the drain pipe, just connect them. The air outlet pipe can be connected to the window for exhaust. The water outlet is also outside the window. A better design is that there is an insulation pad outside the outlet pipe, because the air going out is hot ，the insulation pad can prevent you from getting hot .which is a very considerate little accessory. This air conditioner also has a dehumidification function, which is very useful in rainy summers to keep moisture. There is also a sleep mode at night, which does not affect sleep . Now our family is ready for the arrival of summer.

I’ve been using the TECXERLLON 15000 BTU portable air conditioner for a few day now, and I must say, it’s an impressive unit. It cools my large living room (about 750 sq.ft.) quickly and efficiently, even during hot afternoons. The 4-in-1 functionality is a huge plus – I especially love the dehumidifier and sleep mode. One minor downside is that the exhaust hose feels a bit short, which limits placement options unless it's right next to a window. It would be great if they included a longer or more flexible hose. I found this 15000 BTU portable air conditioner is simple to set up and can cool down the room quickly. This portable AC unit has features like a dehumidifier, fan, sleep mode, and 24-hour timer and even comes with a remote control for convenience. This portable air conditioner is easy to transport from one space to another due to the wheels on the bottom. It comes with the window installation kit but will need tape or so to seal the surrounding area on the window to prevent the mix of hot and cold air. Nonetheless, it takes me less than half an hour to install, and it needs some cutting on the installation window kit plate in order to fit the window width. It's a three-in-one product that doesn’t need to take up too much space and avoids bugs coming in through the window. It meets my needs and works great so far. On the other hand, the sound from this portable AC unit is loud, but that’s what most of the ACs have. Nevertheless, the quality is good, and it serves the purpose of keeping my room nice and cool.
