The media could not be loaded. It takes some time to put together but well worth the effort. First two pieces took me about 50 minutes to put together but once you see the pattern it makes it a lot easier. I used the boxes as a bench which helped out quite a bit. Once done, as you can see in the picture, it looks great. Final note is customer service. We did have one issue with the covers being tan and we wanted black. We contacted customer service and they responded in LESS than 24 hours assuring us they would ship the black covers asap. Thanks!! ... show more

This is a great fire pit patio set! I set it up by myself and it took about 8 hours to build on my own and I sacrificed my back to build it but man am I happy with the final product! 100% recommend for your house!

This a great set. The instructions were not the best as the screws and bolts weren’t labeled. They are labeled in instructions so I had to figure out what screw went where. When you put one together though you kind of figure it out from there. Also the covers didn’t come in until the day after and the fire pit came in two days after the furniture was already here. I panicked as I thought I didn’t get everything but it all showed up. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and I’m ready to hang out on my patio. ... show more

We love this set. It was low to the ground so we raised it 4" and it is a better height. We were missing pillows and pillow cases. The seller promptly sent them to us. Great customer service!
