Chair is heavy making it difficult to load into vehicle. Front wheels are to big, feet get entangled if using without foot rests. Does not brake automatically when you stop. Has manual brakes tha5 are hard to push back. I took a tumble when parked on slight slope. Don't buy unless you are somewhat mobile and strong. Sending it back.

This is a good unit at a good price and it works well. The customer service team quickly answered some questions I had. Please consider the weight if you are planning on loading it into and out of a car trunk by yourself. I will probably get a hitch carrier to make transport easier.

The chair runs well, is able to go over rougher terrain and moderate inclines easily with a passenger who weighs <150 lbs, a big more difficulty with someone > 219 lbs. easily stored and charged. Main issues are the control panel speaks in Mandarin Chinese with instructions lacking any directs related to additional buttons on lower panel of controller (You can silence the audio with one button, for < $99 you can order a compatible controller on Amazon and swap it out easily), the rear wheel span is closer to 28”-28.5” as opposed to the listed 26.5” due to the protrusion of the rear tires and wheel nuts. It will require removing doors if you want to use it on a non-ADA modified doorframe. Wasn’t able to fit through a doorway unmodified. If you need to return the item, it is through a third party distributor, so returns can be approved easily but you are responsible for the shipping costs (you get a return label with no shipping fee paid, item is about 60 lbs with battery pack and charger, Amazon will only assist if the order is incorrect, malfunctioning, or distributor refuses a return and refund—I tried to get mine refunded as the item dimensions are incorrect, but Amazon denied refund and return shipping paid through them, I decided since the repackaging and shipping costs were high I’d keep it and donate it to charity). So buyers be aware, return policies for third parties can come at a price especially on heavy items. You’ll need to weigh risks versus benefits. Otherwise I didn’t have an issue with the item per se.

i love the product and the perfect what i needed. the only problem we have with it is heavy to lift in car, i use public handicap transportation to get-to work because its heavy wheelchair only reason we bought it for for use for my job only work two hours 7 days a week. i clean men’s and women’s restrooms and easy to clean 2-handicap stalls and but hard 4 regular stalls pretty hard to do due the width of wheelchair i wish bought a lighter one and we live in garden level too heavy to carry downstairs so we leave up staircase and use manual downstairs but over all….. i really like the look &battery last long and good climbing hills motor are strong
