Upon receiving and assembling the Orymuse wine & beverage 24” refrigerator one can notice that this refrigerator is well built and has a solid construction. The separate temperature compartments can hold both cool and cold setting beverages is certainly plus and a convenience. The unit holds enough beverages to host an evening event (wine & beer). Its motor runs very quiet and the glass doors with its blue light makes this refrigerator an elegant piece to our home. The operations to regulate the temperature settings are user friendly and easy to adjust. Keeps beverages cool and cold. The only issue I encountered was with one of the refrigerator door handles did not match the holes on the door. I was only able to attach one of the door handles. A bit frustrated, I emailed the customer service dept. That same date, to my surprise, I received an email response within an hour. I provided the necessary evidence, including photo to their customer service team and within 24 hours they confirmed to ship a new door handle and apologized for the inconvenience. Within 4 days, I received the door handle in good order. The door handle holes lined up perfectly and now the refrigerator is complete. I am sincerely satisfied with this refrigerator performance thus far but more impressed on Orymuse customer service and support team. It’s assuring to know that this company stands by their product and will assist their customers to the best of their abilities. Their product & customer service is top notch.

Nice fridge but beware when unpacking. Unknown to us, the fridge only comes with three of the four feet attached so, after carrying it up the stairs, we set it down on the hardwood floor and slid it about a foot. Because the foot was missing, it left a huge gouge in our floor and stripped off the finish. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t attach all four feet - the fourth was just in a package in the both. Super disappointed about the flooring but with that aside, it’s a nice fridge and looks good.

Wine Fridge arrived on packaging that was on its *very* last legs, but the fridge was in factory-perfect condition so... packaging did the job...barely. Once unpacked, placed, leveled and allowed to rest 24 hours it started up perfectly and hit temps within a few hours. It is quieter than my CellarPro unit, the lights are good, and the dual-zone controls seem 'accurate enough'. Price is a 'solid'. My only quibble is with myself for 'assuming' that the extra vertical space on three of the 15 shelves would be useful for the larger Rhone, Burgundy, Sparkling, Spanish and other eccentric bottle shapes. Sadly, this is not the case: the shelves are perfectly shaped for *exactly-sized* BDX bottles *only*. Longer, wider, alternate shoulders..any variance from BDX: they all work to minimize what bottles can be stored, even on the 'extra height' shelves. Keep this in mind when calculating what will fit. Fortunately: I have many desserts wines, and they work in nicely with the larger bottles to 'reclaim' what would be lost space. Bottom Line: this is a recommended purchase, but is not flexible. If you want the ability to store a variety of bottles, this unit will probably frustrate you. But if you have Bordeaux bottles 'a plenty' this seems (so far) to be a high-value wine fridge.
