It had a really long cord that reached from the front of the vehicle to the back. The suction wasn't super strong but it was able to get out most of the sand from the beach. It is lightweight, small and compact for quick cleanup in the car. It is quicker and easier than using a shop vacuum. It is plug in and has no battery to charge. I would not use it for big messes but this got the job done for sand and some debris from daily use.

This neat little 12v powered vacuum cleaner is a nice tool to have in your trunk for basic everyday messes and comes with just about everything you need to get the job the done, whenever, wherever. The way to keep your car clean is to clean up more frequently. But dragging out the shop vac is cumbersome and you need to run an extension cord if you don't have a garage with outlets nearby. This little handheld vacuum serves the purpose when you have fresh dirt that has to had time to set in. It's not anywhere nearly as powerful as a true shop vac but it is able to pick up a small amount of everyday messes and comes with extension tools to get into crevices such as the area between the front seats and center console. Also, it allows you to get into tight spaces such as under bucket seats. The bag that comes in the set allows you to carry the vacuum clean and all the accessories included but you have to pack everything neatly to be able to zip up the carrying bag. I used to have a 2014 Honda Odyssey that the had a built in vacuum in the back that I now miss since I no longer have the vehicle. This set now allows me to have the same convenience in any car I happen to be driving. But if I have to do some serious deep cleaning, I will still get out the good old shop vac for much stronger suction.

The media could not be loaded. For the price, this is a great vacuum to keep in your car! There are several things I appreciate about this, the first being that it's not battery-powered. This vacuum has an extremely long cord that plugs into the DC outlet (the old "cigarette lighter" spots) so you never have to worry about taking it out and charging it, and the fact that it has a DC plug means you have no reason to take it out of your car, therefore no reason to not have it when you need it! For it to be a cheap little vacuum, it picks up pretty well. I like that it comes in a carrying case and has several different attachments that are easy to change out. The canister is easy to remove to dump, and the little brush works well for getting hair and other small things off of the filter. Is it as strong as one of the vacuums at the car wash or your household vacuum? -No. But it doesn't need to be. It's great to use between car cleanings and beats having to lug my giant shark vacuum outside so I'm more likely to actually vacuum my car out. Plus, it is small enough the bag fits right under the back of my passenger seat so it's out of the way. I've already used this twice, once in my driveway to test it out after it came in, and the other in the pick up line at school waiting for my kids to be released for the day. It's convenient, 10/10 would recommend. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the fexible hose that comes with it. I tried to use it to get into the "black holes" between your seats and the doors, and your front seats and the center console, it just didn't work. It's hard to control. That being said, there is a hard plastic hose/tube attachment that works just fine!

This is a decent on the go car vacuum that I will use when traveling with my pup. It seems to be well made and durable, so it should last. The vacuum comes with a carrying case and all the attachments necessary. I have all weather mats throughout and leather in my suv; the suction did a good job getting all particles and dog hair quickly. Not sure how it would work with carpet or fabric. My big disappointment was that you have to use the “old cigarette lighter “ for power and the car has to be running. I’d rather not just run the car so I bought an adapter. Unfortunately it doesn’t work with the adapter, not sure why.
