Purchased for living room in a tiny house. Small footprint and really cute design, the heat comes out the bottom but does not get the floor hot at all. No open heated elements for the dog tails to touch or tiny hands to touch. The rounded clear screen in the back of the box really does make the flames look acceptable. You almost have to look twice. Little door opens. I have two 6" potted plants on mine. Top is easy to clean plastic. It does have two wattage setting, I have found that if you use the higher wattage it comes on less frequently and takes a little while longer for the heat inside the heater area to disperse. Keeping the wattage on the lower setting keeps the warm air flowing out longer and keeps the warmth level more even. Great fan. This is across from my couch and I love it. Very Happy. ... show more

This little heater looks really nice. It is small and looks good in a small room. Puts out enough heat quickly and has fan. I do unplug it when not in use, as electric heaters cans be dangerous just plugged in if the wires are right in the walls. It is quiet and just gives a nice ambiance.

DO NOT BUY The way they attach the legs is super cheesy and one broke of on mine almost immediately during assembly. So after epoxy'ing the Leg on it ran for about 24 hours and the heating element and or Fan died and quit doing anything. There's no reset or fuse anywhere to get at, so I guess I'm lucky it did not burn down the House. Total waste of time and money + the cost of some Gorilla Glue. I wanted to give just a little more detail on my experience with this product because I do believe it poses a fire hazard. After totally stopping and refusing to come back on I unplugged it for a while and it did work but on high it would run for 10 to 15 minutes and then shut off completely again. The metal piece under the main cabinet and above and in front of the heating element did get hot to the touch to the point it could hurt a Child or Pet. After a bit it did restart and the lower temp setting might appear to work but I have serious misgivings about this unit. I would never leave one of these running unattended under any circumstances. I am not going to risk a property on this one I have here. ... show more

Looks real. Realistic flames. Enough heat to warm my 180 Sq ft room. My little dog lays infront of it. There is hardly any noise from the blower. Plugs directly in the wall socket. We bought the 20"model so far no problems with it. I love it. I find myself gazing at the flames just like a camp fire!

Very realistic looking! Increases the ambiance of the room. Works well in heating a 10x10 ft room. Reasonably quiet. Very easy to assemble. It has a nice long cord. Very lightweight durable plastic. Easy to transport from room to room.
