Its exactly what you would expect. Pressed glitter in a eyeshadow pan. The glitter is a little hard to apply, even with a sticky base and gets EVERYWHERE! its not loose, but it's also not solid? I'm not sure how to describe them. I've worse them on a couple occasions but honestly, they dont last on the eyes. Its great to have in your collection for times you need glitter eyeshadows but not for long time period use. ... show more
