The media could not be loaded. I got this laptop for my niece to use for school, and it’s been working out really well. It came with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office already set up, so she was able to get started right away. It also came well packaged which was a plus. The screen is clear and a good size, great for online classes, homework, and even watching YouTube videos. It runs smoothly with 8GB RAM and a 256GB SSD and she hasn’t had any issues with speed. Battery life is solid and lasts her most of the day. It’s also lightweight and easy to carry around, with all the right ports and connections. 1st Day Review: I would give it 5 stars but the Microsoft Office that is included is only good for 3 weeks trial. Very small 2 page user's manual is useless. Tells you nothing, not even what the ports are. The mini-HDMI port does not fit any of my monitors. I will have to find an adapter.
