Had to return it. After entering my passwords and security questions, shut it down to charge. Came back and turned it on, went to log in and it said my password was incorrect, after a few tries it sent me the security questions to reset my password, three questions, answered: childhood nickname, done First school, done City of Birth, done Says all three were wrong. Only way to change the passwords, insert a recovery drive... that it didn't come with. Tried over several days, wouldn't have it. So, adios MF'r. Don't recommend it. ... show more

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS LAPTOP. Do not purchase this piece of crap laptop . On my third use (2nd May 2026) it stooped charging and Amazon refused to assist me because the return window had closed. This is a lemon and I paid off the balance I'm full on April 30th as I had use affirm . The weight is really well-managed It’s a light laptop, and I’m very happy with how easy it is to carry—whether I’m moving from the living room to the bedroom or taking it out with me. As for size, since I really didn’t want to give up a 15.6-inch screen, the dimensions kind of came with that choice. A bigger or better screen would probably mean a larger device and a higher price. The bezels are nice and thin, though, so it doesn’t feel cramped like an old TV—the screen looks great. I mostly use it for documents and keeping up with friends and coworkers, so as long as it runs smoothly, it’s a good fit for me. ... show more
