    • Avoid the laptop, look else where
Revising. This laptop has been a pain in the butt. I am been trying to update this thing for 2 days now and from here to there it's taken over 5-6 hours for this just to do simple updates. I don't know what's going on with it and I'm kind of fed up with it after all the weird and glitchy things that happened with it in the past. I would avoid this computer. Wish I could return this pos. The first thing you should know, is this laptop is weird. When I first started with it, it was very slow and would hang up on things. I was just about to pack it back up and send it back when I rebooted and it seemed to work a bit better. Then I went through, got rid of the bloatware, cleaned the registry and it was even faster. After about an hour with it, I think it is the best it can be. Bottom line, if this was a 500-600 dollar laptop, it would already be on its way back, but it isn't. I needed a short term replacement and this looked like it was good enough. It was. It's "good enough" works with Photoshop alright, can have a decent amount of tabs and programs open. Still works pretty good. Again if you are looking for a long term, powerhouse computer, this is NOT it. For a once in a while, use here and there, it is a fine rig. ... show more

It’s ok for what it is, basically a word processor and internet surfer. I was expecting 32GB of RAM as that’s what all the photos showed. I saw later that the write up at the top said 16GB. I saw that after I received it and was not happy at all. Get your advertising straight.

Clear image, runs smoothly, does have a few hiccups on more recent games with lag but to be expected. Wish it was easier to log in it doesn't give option for pins only passwords.

As others have stated, this is a budget laptop. Extremely budget. You are not gaming on this. You are not running photoshop on this. The processor would have been top of the line back in 2005, but it's 2025. However, that does not make it a bad laptop. Just know what you're getting into. This specific laptop seems to be similar if not the same as others sold on Amazon. So I'd go with the best deal you can find. Of note, it's not advertised but it did come with the 2024 Microsoft suite, as mentioned on other items, but not this one. Go figure. That's why I think they are all white labeled laptops at different price points. I picked up the 16GB RAM, 512GB hard drive. I don't think I could do less. Ram is doing the heavy lifting here. The battery life is decent, it's coming in at about 3 hours for me, mostly web searching. I have software installed I couldn't get on a tablet, hence why I have this, but I also know what I'm doing. It took a while to clear some dumb software, and also clean up the registry. It's also on my Microsoft account now, so it's legit Windows 11 Pro, but it seems to be a very weird OEM version. I can barely update it, there's some partion issues I haven't figure out yet, but I'm still happy with it for the price. If you want something you can destroy without worry, this is a decent latpop. The speakers suck, but they have a ton of ports, both USB-C and regular old 3.0. If you're going to dump Linux on this, I'd worry about drivers more than anything. ... show more
