Unhappy with camera because it is IR insensitive so Windows Hello will not work and no thumbprint reader so can only sign in with pin and any other site you have set up with Hello passkey will not work and have to return to the original password, especially if you haven't set up the PIN passkey. The speakers are 'tinny' and I'm very disappointed. I installed equalizer to discover the speakers have only 2 channels so a rich sound which was described was not possible. USB ports A and B do not seem to work with plug&play devices such as my old DVD player. It is never recognized as a device.

Amazing laptop, i bring it to my local coffee shop and get to work. the screen is well lit and a good size. the laptop feels well made and sturdy. Good speakers but also has an audio jack. Has a type c port, usb port, and hdmi port. Charges decently quick and lasts for at least a few hours while i sit in a coffee cafe. Was quick to be usable straight from the box. Looks nice with a smooth black finish. Worth the price, very happy.

Hreat laptop bur DO NOT BUY IT AT THE ORIGINAL PRICE! Wait for it to go on sale for $400 and then buy it, the original price is heavily overpriced and it's actually worth about 400-800 which is a big range but not 1600, laptorp works great andhas been fine for now (1 month) great for college

I was a bit skeptical at first since this brand isn’t as well-known, but honestly this laptop has exceeded my expectations. The build feels solid and the dark blue color actually looks really nice in person. The 15.6” screen is bright, sharp, and the touch function works smoothly — super handy for quick scrolling or tapping. Performance-wise, it’s handled everything I’ve thrown at it so far: web browsing, streaming, office work, even some light photo editing. The 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD combo makes it really fast for everyday use. Boot up takes just a few seconds and apps open instantly. The i3-1215U processor might sound basic, but it’s actually more than enough for regular work and multitasking. The keyboard is comfortable to type on, and I like that it has plenty of ports (USB-C, USB 3.0, etc). Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections have been stable without any issues. Battery life is decent — I usually get about 6-7 hours depending on what I’m doing. Setup was smooth right out of the box. It updated to the latest version of Windows 11 with no problems. The fan stays pretty quiet most of the time, even when running updates or multiple apps. Overall, for the price you’re paying, this is a fantastic deal. Of course it’s not a gaming laptop, but if you need something for school, work, or daily use, it’s a solid choice. I’m very happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable but capable 2-in-1 laptop.

I’m very satisfied with this labtop. The big screen make it easier to watch videos, working on documents, and multitasking. It also has a touch screen which make navigation even easier. The laptop is easy to use and user friendly even for some one is not tech pro. One of the best things is the battery life, once is fully charged it can be used for long hours. Overall is a good laptop to keep.

Really wanted to like this computer - after 1 day I returned it. The manual was basic at best, but it was a clumsy set up - the Windows Update didn't take, I never got the chance to set up a PIN, but what prompted my return was that the power cord/adapter did not charge the battery in the laptop overnight. When I tried to continue the setup the next morning, with the computer plugged in, the battery drained from 39% to 30%. I didn't think it was worthwhile to continue. I recommend you stick with a name brand until this company gets known for its reliability.
