This 2-in-1 laptop is fast, responsive, and perfect for everyday tasks. The touchscreen works great, the backlit keyboard is a nice bonus, and it even has an Ethernet port. Runs smoothly with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD. it is really a good choice for my home office use!

I purchased this to edit pictures while on vacation because I really liked the option to use as a tablet or a laptop. You definitely get what you pay for; the touchscreen is worse than useless and it is slower than Christmas. Despite the 25 updates when I first set it up, it crashes all the time. I will be returning when I get home. It doesn’t work as a tablet at all. As soon as you flip it, it crashes.

Would have given it 1 star, but I for it's low cost i gave it 2 stars and for the prompt supportive responses from the seller. They are helpful. I think this computer is ok for super basic only browsing internet work, at best a tablet alternative. It cannot pass for a work laptop, especially if you have to do video meetings. Even after closing all windows other than the one for the video conference, the other people in the call couldn't hear me well, they said I was choppy, despite full WiFi signal. My voice was delayed and we had trouble communicating. The video camera stopped working after 3 minutes. I had to stop the conference and ask to call them on the phone. That was Google meet and I was using chrome. Next call was a Microsoft teams video call, for that the camera didn't turn on at all. And the voice issues continued. Again had to switch to a phone call to have a reasonable conversation. Overall the laptop is built well, is light, has the backlit keyboard that was important for me. But the processor and wifi or other hardware is not good at all.

review - quick notes - AE86 15.6" 2-in-1 Laptop | 16GB DDR4 RAM 512GB Storage | AMD Ryzen 3 3200U (up to 3.5GHz) | AMD Radeon Vega 3 | FHD Touchscreen | Windows 11 Pro | Wi-Fi 5 | BT5.1 | RJ45 | Backlit Keyboard, Gray - Quick Notes - More Details Later - Display - Full 8bit 1920x1080 (9x16 aspect ratio) SDR. The product description does not provide this detail. - Memory - DRAM - This 2-in-1 laptop computer comes with 16GB DDR4 2400mhz SODIMM DRAM installed. However there is only one (1) 16GB SODIMM module installed (not two) (see attached photos). This means that out of the box this laptop computer is running in single memory channel mode, which is slower than the dual channel mode of which this computer is capable. However, the good news is that upgrading to 32GB of DRAM only involves buying a single additional SODIMM module. Adding a 2nd SODIMM not only doubles the memory capacity, it doubles the computer's memory speed. - SSD - hard drive - Note that the hard drive in this computer is an m.2 SATA SSD, not an NVME drive!!! This is very important because the maximum read/write speed of an m.2 SATA SSD 500MB per second. However, the size of the m2. sata ssd can be upgraded relatively easily (higher capacity drives are available right on amazon). - Microsoft Office - This 2-in-1 laptop computer does indeed come with Microsoft Office preinstalled. - System Software - The operating system is indeed Windows 11 Pro, 64bit, with a license that is probably backed into the UEFI BIOS. Based on cursory perusal and usage this computer does not contain bloatware software. Notably, the manufacturer has preinstalled the AMD display device driver manager software called "AMD Ryzen Adrenaline". - To make my system user interface more user friendly, I have purchased and installed the StarDock Start11 software utility which provides the ability to have a "Windows 10" style Start Menu and to make customizations like moving the taskbar to the top of the screen and making the taskbar icon size smaller. - CPU - As advertised this is an AMD Ryzen 3200U system with 2 cores and 4 threads. I did not intend to use this as a main "daily driver" computer. I have a high end desktop for that. The purpose of this computer is to replace an old Dell 2-in-1 laptop that also had 2 cores 4 threads and was adequate to light duty on the go computer usage. - MAINTENANCE - Opening the computer for maintenance is a little tricky. Special computer maintenance tools are required, such as a couple plastic spudgers and a few "guitar pick" like plastic tabs to help keep the back lid from snapping shut while getting it open. In addition to several visible small screws on the back of the computer, there are 2 screws hidden under the black rubber feet tabs on the hinge side of the computer. In addition, there is another screw hidden under the label centered on the back of the computer. Once all the screws have been removed, plastic spudgers can be used to carefully pry the back lid of the computer open, placing the "guitar pick" tabs in the opening while working around the perimeter, until it is possible to easily lift the back lid from the computer (see photo of computer internals). - (note) The keyboard backlight can be turned on and off with the [FN][F9] key combination. - Overall, I have happy with this purchase. I will be upgrading this computer to 32GB of RAM and 2TB of m.2 SATA SSD storage. The cost for the upgrade is modest, but it is over $100.00 dollars in addition to the initial cost of the computer. - Come back later for additional details and more photos as time permits. - (update 2025-08-12) I have completed upgrading this computer to 32GB DRAM and 2TB SATA SSD hard drive. After the upgrade parts arrived from Amazon the upgrade required just 20 minutes of effort. - I've added some screenshots of the computer desktop. I have installed Start11 to implement a custom Windows 10 like Start menu and the ability to place the taskbar at the top of the screen. - (important note) It may be that although the system has a SATA SSD installed, the interface may support an NVME SSD drive as an alternative. I will test this theory and provide additional information about that later. - CONCLUSION Note that at the price this 2-in-1 laptop computer has been offered on amazon, it appears to have already sold out. Hopefully the manufacturer has access to additional stock.

I’m loving this Lacto 2-in-1. It comes with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage, so it runs super fast even when I’ve got a bunch of things open at once. The touchscreen is really responsive, and being able to use it as a tablet is such a bonus. Windows 11 Pro gives it a modern vibe and everything runs smoothly. It’s lightweight, easy to carry around, and perfect for work, streaming, or just browsing. Such a great buy—I totally recommend it!
